What a welcome we received when we arrived after hauling our cumbersome luggage up the hill to the hotel from the bus stop. We were met by a lovely member of staff who gave us cold towels and refreshing juices. The hotel is certainly quirky and has the charm of a mountain chalet. The outdoor bar/ sitting area is a great way to view some of the huge rocks/ mountains of the area. The staff member there was also very friendly. Breakfast was okay, but again the staff were ready to assist. A short walk into town and you'll find any number if great restaurants.

Very wonderful hotel with beautiful grounds, attentive staff. I also liked the location, and of course the panoramic view of the rocks. If we happen to visit Meteora again, we will stay at this hotel.

On the day of arrival, the lady in charge gave us warm welcome and brief us on where to go and opening hours of the places of interest. Very helpful and informative. Service staff was super friendly and considerate. My son woke up too late for breakfast but the lady in charge came to us in person and asked me to get whatever we wanted for my son. Thank you so much.

The owner provided video instructions for the location, parking, and check-in/out process. Pretty much like an Airbnb experience. The location was great and there was parking available nearby. Room was ample for our family of 4.

The hotel is very nice and locate 8-10 min walk from the center and traine station or 15 min walk to bus station. Reception helped me to book local tour right after I arrive the hotel, very helpful.

The family hotel is in a great location, right in the center of the village, with convenient dining and transportation. Clean environment, very quiet, good breakfast. It is close to the main attractions and parking is guaranteed. The internet is available but not stable, the service attitude is good.
