GGuest UserThe hotel was very good. Quite luxurious. Neat and clean. Friendly and helping staff. Gaming zone was also nice. The food was average. The room was huge and spacious. The bathroom was also very spacious. The view from the balcony was amazing! suggestions: they can add an ac as it is getting hotter these days. The see-through glass window can be omitted. The balcony of family room should have a few extra chairs. Altogether, the was very nice. Thank you.

AAkaschWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms were immaculate and matched the photos perfectly. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our visit, making us feel welcome and well-cared for.
Our only concern was a safety issue with the air conditioning unit leaking water directly in front of the balcony door. This created a slipping hazard that could potentially cause injury when accessing the balcony. This should be addressed promptly for guest safety.
Despite this single issue, everything else about my experience was excellent, and I would happily recommend this accommodation to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-serviced place to stay

GGuest UserThis is unique hotel theme and it's really located in Jungle. we stay here for 1 night and we got Jungle view with top floor. Property is very nicely designed and every space is fully utilised. All staff are very soft spoken and polite. Food is also very good. don't miss their welcome walnut cake and fruits in the room. Breakfast is also having good options. it's kid friendly and ample space of play area for every age group. Other construction work might disturb you however if windows are open. overall stay was very good and you can spend good time here.

GGuest UserOur stay at Kasauli Exotica was really enjoyable. The staff was very courteous and helpful at all times. The food was extremely well made. The rooms were warm and the balcony was a cherry on the cake as we could enjoy the beautiful view.
