Special experience, because the decoration and collection of this hotel are museum-level, breakfast is also homemade bread and snacks, super delicious. The clerk was very warm and rustic, and drinks and water could be picked up from the refrigerator. There are beautiful flowers in the courtyard and a lovely balcony. Next time you come, you must visit again. Very good memories, as warm as the sun here. Thank you 🙏

The room is clean and tidy~ There is no elevator~ Although the grandfather at the front desk is not able to speak the language, he still tried his best to help me a lot. Since the cruise ship needs to be shuttled, there is no advance reservation. I didn’t expect 20 taxis in the city. The grandfather still helped me call the shuttle bus that day. And guided me to the service point to pay the fee

Nice hotel in the middle of Ravenna. We had a family room no 7 and there was plenty of space for 4 of us.
Breakfast was yummy and plentiful. Lady was kind enough to give us some gluten free options for our daughter who is a celiac. The hotel also booked a taxi for us to Port Corsini and that was a smooth process. We really enjoyed our 1 night at the hotel.

very nice location, pleasant rooms, rooms good
outdoor (table, restaurant), but unfortunately noisy radio music with intrusive advice, covering the area
Breakfast moderate, but passable
Restaurant: Unfortunately eat moderate, Zapfbeer good.
The staff's atmosphere needs improvement.

Astra...Booked at short notice, so the room was quite expensive.
From the outside, the hotel looks neglected. Broken sofa, full ashtrays, and dried-out plants.
The staff were friendly, though. We even received a voucher for two sunbeds and a parasol on Finisterre beach for the arrival and departure days. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the terrace was dirty with bird droppings and dried-out plants.
The breakfast was fine.
