He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. RRomeo LouHotel is clean, elegant and contemporary. Price to value are among the best in Agdal area compare to other 2 hotels nearby that I stayed. One thing I hope they have is egg segment in breakfast. Need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste too. Hairdryer in bathroom can be improve too.

YYaniv Ben-MalkaAll of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home. The rooms are well-decorated, clean and tidy, and so are the shared areas. It feels like a lot of thought had been spent on the things that will help any guest make their stay perfect, including the little details. Great value for money. If I will arrive in Rabat again, I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

ZZHONGYIThe location of the hotel is close to Rabat city station and tram, very convenient, and the front desk service is good and helpful. But there was no electricity in the room, so I asked the waiter to deal with it for a while, and the electricity was cut off again at night. We did not use any electrical appliances in the room from start to finish. Bad experience. The water pressure in the hotel bath is great! This is very commendable!

GGuest UserI stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects.
The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival..
Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury
What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort.
Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
