"The hotel is very conveniently located. There are several museums nearby, and the train station is a 5-minute walk away. The room is spacious and spotlessly clean. But...the cigarette smell! That's a major drawback for us. No amount of fragrance can get rid of it. The soundproofing leaves much to be desired. You can hear pedestrians talking from the street. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The hot drinks were served warmly, with a wide selection and everything was delicious. The reception staff was friendly. It's possible to leave your luggage after check-out. Overall, we recommend it."

"Location is very central in Rabat which means from the underground parking you'll walk a bit until you reach the hotel - with our Backpacks no issues, but if you're travelling with heavy luggage it might be worth checking for a porter. The Riad is phenomenally restored and beautifully decorated. Rooms are very nice but as in most riads - all facing the courtyard so very little (audio) privacy. Rooftop terrace is a plus, but with limited view. WOuld recommend it again."

The people here are just amazing—so kind, helpful, and genuinely passionate about making sure guests have the best experience. Saliou and Asmae were the best people! The place itself was spotless, and every detail was taken care of with so much thought. But the real highlights? The hamam experience—absolutely unreal. It was beyond relaxing and left us feeling completely refreshed. And the food? Honestly, some of the best we’ve ever had! Freshly made, full of flavor, and served with love. Every bite was a treat. We loved every single minute of our stay, and if we could, we’d be back in a heartbeat. If you’re thinking of visiting Rabat, this riad is an absolute must!"

"I stayed only 1 night and I wish I could have stayed longer! I have loved everything! The riad is brand new, very stylish, extremely clean, big, bright and silent room (last floor), fantastic bed. Internet and air conditioning work well. There's not shower curtain, so the bathroom gets a bit wet when you shower. However, no major drama. It's instead a pity that the breakfast is served inside in the riad hall, and not in the rooftop. The breakfast was good, with high quality products, but a bit scarce. Perfect location to visit Rabat, beautiful rooftop, Very kind and supportive staff. I will 100% consider to stay again in Riad Louana if in Rabat again, and I surely recommend it to everyone."
