AAleks MAlthough the apartments are generally excellent, with a great location and stunning views from both the window and the pool, the main issue is the deposit. While they offer the option to pay it either in cash or by card, getting a refund for the card payment can be uncertain. It’s been almost a month for me, and they keep making excuses without returning the money. I’m not saying it’s an intentional scam, but if I had known about these deposit issues, I would have looked for other apartments in this building.

AAnonymous UserI’m in love with the scent of the room, the lemongrass scent. I feel relax once I entered the room. Room is clean, water pressure is fine and I like the theme of the hotel. Recommended hotel!

RRowina VBooking twin room but we've been told that the room was fully booked when arrived. Get a family room which is good to have that room for 2 nights with same amount as we paid before. But, the cleanness needs to be improved since the odd smell from toilet a bit disturbing. We are disturbed by late night chit chat from the corridor by the staff or others guests which is too loud. Overall, for short stay can be considered.

GGuest UserThis is what i have go thru past few days, in 2020 i check in in this hotel, its great at that time, clean and all common property in good condition, but in 2023 all have change my perception on this hotel, okay bathroom, okay air conditioner state but few roaches here and there in the room, if you want to stay here, bring your own pesticide to kill those roaches and i dont even want to look under bed for more 'investigation', the elevator almost in dying state

LLIM KHOK CHANGThe water stains and dirt in the toilet cannot be washed away, which is disgusting. There are heavy smokers in other rooms. The entire corridor is filled with the smell of smoke. The smell of smoke also drifts into your room through the gaps. If you choose a cheaper one, you can still stay in this room.
