"Basic hotel that is able to complete your basic needs. Near to LRT station. I saw only 1 iron provided on each floor at the corridor. Would be better if they provide iron in each room. But it's still okay. I suggest this hotel provide a bar to hang our clothes or something at the ironing place. Thank you."

AAnjellynnI was excited to stay at Arte Plus Ampang because I read about other reviews can use the other facilities there like the spa pool etc, when I arrived only to realised we are not allowed to use other facilities.
Also it's 1 lift per unit, but when we arrived the same day, the lift was under maintenance until the last day we stayed there. We don't even know how to exit the building, and figured out to use bomba lift, that was the only inconvenience. Finally 1 day bomba lift also ko, and my husband had to run downstairs using the stairs, then met a guard downstairs and he used another unit's lift to send us back to our unit.
Overall the unit is up to expectations, just that to enter the unit from car park, need to change lift.

Yg ada lebih 1 pun utk tv tp keddkannya tinggi & tangki pam tandas bocor. Ada guest bw masuk family yg ada ank2 kck menyebabkn bunyi bising smpai x blh tdo. Bilik x kedap bunyi. RRITIlocation center of kl. strategic location. and value for money. affordability, improve maintenance issues, noise cause near to road. a comfortable stay at an affordable price. Got facilities such as TV/aircond/water heater. Parking not easy. This hotel near to food restaurant and easy to find food. Also near to mall and hospital. Have to pay deposit.

GGuest UserThis is what i have go thru past few days, in 2020 i check in in this hotel, its great at that time, clean and all common property in good condition, but in 2023 all have change my perception on this hotel, okay bathroom, okay air conditioner state but few roaches here and there in the room, if you want to stay here, bring your own pesticide to kill those roaches and i dont even want to look under bed for more 'investigation', the elevator almost in dying state

LLIM KHOK CHANGThe water stains and dirt in the toilet cannot be washed away, which is disgusting. There are heavy smokers in other rooms. The entire corridor is filled with the smell of smoke. The smell of smoke also drifts into your room through the gaps. If you choose a cheaper one, you can still stay in this room.
