FFulgencio PolThis is my second time with them as its very closed to where my business need todo, the hotel is much better improvement they have a wide stairs no elevator had a firm nice comfortable bed with sift pillow and a heavy blanket, nice good size room although the bathroom is a bit smaller they have a hot water in the shower, kettle to make a hot water for coffee or tea, the bath soft and shampoo is empty. The just behind the gaisano mall and pacific mall very convenient walking distance to sm mall as well. I would stay there again if I can return to legaspi.

Easy access to popular tourist spots, welcoming and approachable staffs, clean room, toiletries, slippers provided, no hair dryer, good air condition, heater works fine, breakfast buffet food is good. The best part, they read and respond to your request. Overall, good service and value for money.

Llove18This place is the best of all time. Family, friends even your loved ones. The cleanliness and warm people around us were very nice. I hope this hotel can also develop an outdoor pool even on the roof top to enjoy cozy and relaxing vibes while staying.

The Oriental, is such a perfect hotel to stay when it comes to seeing Mt. Mayon in your balcony view and when you have your eat! What I like for this hotel is they have plenty of parking spaces, hospitable and warm staffs, the amenities are complete and the room is so clean. The food are nice too.

JJay TravelWe booked this hotel for 1 night stay in Legaspi City. Opun check in the receptionest ask for 300pesos as per hotel protocol I dont know for what but doesn't stated in the booking and we book two rooms so we paid 600 hundred pesos. The room for me is so clean the only problem is there is no lock on toilet, bidet is not working properly also the heater. But for someone looking for cheaper hotel this hotel is okay for only one night stay to relax overall is good for me.
