The location is perfect right by the beach, quiet, and very relaxing. Plus, meeting 'Sausage' the dog was a highlight! However, I am very disappointed with the booking management. My first booking was canceled even though rooms showed as available, forcing me to rebook a different category and wait for a refund. Later, I tried to extend my stay for another 3 nights, but that was canceled as well. It’s a shame because I love the place, but the unreliable system makes me hesitant to book again. I highly suggest the hotel syncs their real-time availability to prevent these frustrating cancellations.
