BBetterway - BetterziwenMaybe the hotels in Jeddah are generally expensive! I chose this hotel in the shopping mall after 2 days. The room is quite big, but the facilities are a bit old and musty. I can't see the city view in the city view room I booked, and I can't take pictures of the city view even if I want to.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Donatello Hotel in Jeddah and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. I was traveling with my family, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay.
The suite was spacious and quiet, with a cozy bed and all the amenities we needed. Everything was spotless, and housekeeping did a great job each day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
The staff were extremely polite and helpfulâespecially at the reception. They were quick to assist with anything we needed, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Special thanks to the front desk team for their hospitality.
The location is great, especially if you're coming from the airportâitâs only a short drive away. There's also free parking and Wi-Fi, which made everything easy and convenient.
I would definitely recommend Donatello Hotel for anyone visiting Jeddah, whether for business or with family. Great service, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay overall. Would stay here again without hesitation!

MMister StephenFabulous hotel. Lovely lobby with fountain as you enter. Love the sound of water. And the fragrance. This hotel smells so good. Desk staff are very helpful and unrushed. My room had an excellent view of King Fahd's fountain. The room itself had plenty of space and was very clean. The shower pressure was strong and the water hot. I slept well on a big comfortable bed with comfortable pillows. The hotel has been around for decades but still looks great. It is a very short walk to the Corniche. I will stay here again next time I'm in Jeddah. Value for money.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a restful stay.

GGuest UserAlthough I didnât expect this, but the food is amazinggggg and the room is very very clean with plenty of towels. Bathroom has a great finish to it and the room is spacious. The ONLY downside is that the pool was not working when i came. But everything else was fantastic.
