SSteve ChallisLoved the hotel and staff, very polite, respectful, and attentive. The room was immaculate, serviced daily, and clean.
Breakfast was very much Thai, but I enjoy tasting different foods of the world.
My stay at the hotel was excellent but one criticism was the Oasis restaurant, we both ordered from the European menu except for one Thai dish. This dish came out after 30 minutes, but no European food! We were informed that they are not serving from the menu tonight and we had to re order different food. So another wait and in all honesty the food was poor and it stopped us returning again.
KKairrroIn the heart of the city, but in quiet place. Lady on reception was very polite. Room was clean and convenient. Interior inside of building had a good atmosphere.
IIp8ipGood location, ok room, delicious food and coffee, especially the tree house coffee, not expensive at all, there are snacks, beer, etc., very good price, stayed 2 times already, good atmosphere, has a swimming pool.
KKairrroWell organized with every detail. Design is very smart: sockets, lamps, tissues, etc - all in the right place. Good looking and good smelling. Windows are protected from mosquitos. Normal amount of soap and shampoo. TV could play hevc format from my disk, I was surprised ha-ha. Owner really cares about customer's comfort. For this location you'd better to have your own transport because outside is kinda empty.
SSandy SandiiIt's good, but not very convenient. The tidiness could be improved, as the finishing touches weren't great. For example:
1. The first minute I entered the bathroom, the sink hadn't been wiped dry.
2. The edges of the sink looked like the plastering wasn't smooth; it seemed like a renovation that wasn't neatly done.
3. In the wet area of the shower, water splashed onto the washbasin area when showering, making the bathmat wet and feeling unhygienic.
4. The toilet area was too cramped. Reaching for the bidet hose and toilet paper was inconvenient. Also, the flush button was too low, requiring one to bend down, which was uncomfortable.
5. The overall bedroom area was okay, but did they forget to put a phone in the room to contact the lobby? I wanted to ask about the Wi-Fi, and then realized there was no phone in the room to call down.
That's pretty much my overall impression.
WWorkationThe hotel is in the middle of the city, easy to find. When you stayed, it was being renovated.
Cleanliness, service is ok. Suitable for economical trips.
AAnonymous UserVery nice and clean. It was our second stay, and probably not the last . Very friendly staff and very nice breakfast . Definitely coming back again soon in the future
RrbenznptYou can bring your pet along too, with a fee based on weight. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning is very cold, the atmosphere is nice and quiet, and there's a water heater, although it was a bit too hot as the one in our room couldn't be adjusted. There's parking available, Wi-Fi, and breakfast with tea, coffee, cocoa, and toast. The owner is very lovely and friendly. Overall, it's great value for money.
