GGuest UserMy room was cold. A spider came down from the ceiling and landed on my cheek. Scared me really bad. Breakfast was good and has lots of variety. The Tv is small. The staff is friendly especially Adell.

GGuest UserWe arrive around 7pm for check in. The front desk attendant was nowhere in sight and I had to wait 10-15mins. When he returned, I was given my room keys. We walked down the hall to the room and unlocked the door, only to find that the room was already occupied by another customer. We had full access into their room, with their belongings everywhere! I immediately shut the door and went to the front desk. The attendant didn’t seem to concerned that he just gave me keys to an already occupied room. I would’ve been mortified if the people were inside the room as I unlocked it, that’s a big no no and shouldn’t have happpened!!
