GGuest UserJust another hotel close to interstate, g or a overnight stop. It was clean. Poor wi-fi.. Breakfast sucks, even for being included, left the crap and went to the Cracker Barrel. Not particularly friendly staff, overall not a particular value. There are several hotels within a stones throw, wish I would have chose another, perhaps the country suites.
GGuest UserLove this hotel it was nice it was clean only one bad thing for it customer service. The customer service really was bad they had attitudes I don't even know why you would have a attitude 4:00 in the afternoon but they did. It was real bad so you know it won't stop me from staying there I think they just need a lesson on real customer service special to someone who is a Hilton member
AAnonymous UserThe receptionist over the phone was helpful and provided good service. However, the information given during check-in was different — I was told the service dog would be free of charge, but at check-in, I was charged around $27.
The room was spacious and included a refrigerator, microwave, and a regular TV. Free parking and bathroom amenities were available, and there was coffee provided.
However, the room smelled like smoke, and the floor was not clean. Also, the app listed that breakfast was included, but no breakfast was served.
