Pasadena Hotel & Pool
"This is our favorite hotel in Pasadena. It has such a cool vibe and the pool area is such a nice relaxing scene. If I had one gripe is that the pool is usually cold but the staff is so attentive. Plenty of towels and plenty of things to do out on Colorado Avenue."

Hotel Dena, Pasadena Los Angeles, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
"We are utterly smitten with Hotel Dena - it has exceeded all our expectations for an artistic, pristine, and laid-back boutique hotel. The hotel was freshly renovated just last year, so every single amenity and piece of equipment is impressively modern. We were arranged in a first-floor "small loft" room complete with a private balcony - undoubtedly one of the highlights of our entire trip. The hotel's decor is nothing short of captivating, with a cinematic ambiance evident throughout the common areas. From the impeccably styled furniture to the mesmerizing artwork and paintings, every design element contributes to an utterly enchanting atmosphere. In fact, I would unhesitatingly award Dena a rating of 6 out of 5 stars to fully convey my deep adoration for this establishment. If we're ever blessed with the opportunity to visit Los Angeles again, Dena will unquestionably be our top choice. 🌹🌹🌹"

Residence Inn Los Angeles Pasadena/Old Town
"After staying for 3 nights, the overall feeling is: dirty, messy, and poor. It is not recommended to stay unless you don't care about the feeling. Dirty: The sanitation is poor, the floor and carpet in the room are so dirty that they can't be any dirtier. The sanitation of the public area is poor, the swimming pool is not clean, and the elevator and garage walkway are very dirty. Messy: The management feels messy, the service ability of the staff is poor, and the service awareness is not worthy of this hotel brand. The whole hotel gives people a lifeless feeling, without any vitality. It is obviously caused by the chaotic management. Poor: The front desk staff has poor ability and is not dedicated. They can't solve normal service problems for guests. Guests repeatedly ask questions and always agree but never solve the problem, and never give feedback. The professional quality of the staff is poor. They clearly communicated the room number that needs to be cleaned in person, but never cleaned it. After repeatedly asking, no one came to clean the room. I stayed for a total of 3 nights and 4 days, and there was never a service staff to provide us with room cleaning and towel replacement services. The included buffet breakfast is extremely poor, with few varieties and average quality. The location of the hotel is OK, only 26 miles from LAX Los Angeles International Airport, and it only takes 1.5 hours to get to the airport. The price is reasonable, about $290 per day for hotel accommodation and parking. I selected a few photos I took casually, and you can decide for yourself whether to stay in this luxury hotel."
Hotel le Reve Pasadena
"The location is excellent, walking distance from a Whole Foods, Amazon Fresh, CVS and Target, near the exit to the freeway, but the hotel leaves to desire because it does not offer nor offer paid breakfast option, it does not have room service, it's three walks without lift and the reception doesn't work 24 hours, i.e. if you need something from the hotel from 23:00 to 9:00, forget, you'll even be closed. The person who attended me at the reception did not pass me the Wi-Fi password. It is a reasonable option for anyone traveling alone and needing only a bed/bathroom, for anyone going to the event at Rose Bowl that was my dear is excellent, because he stays 15 minutes from the stadium, out of that, it's not worth it, because it's precarious and without structure."
Hyland Inn Near Pasadena Civic Center
"I stayed for about two weeks and overall it was very cost-effective. Of course, considering the cost of living in Los Angeles, it's not comparable to a hotel. 🏨The surrounding area of Hyland is convenient, within walking distance of: a pharmacy, a Vons supermarket, and a Chase store on the left corner; and Pasadena Laundry on the right. An Uber ride for just over $10 will take you to Pasadena's Old Town or the East Pasadena commercial area. It's quite convenient for those arriving without a car. 🏨The hotel has an elevator, but it's a bit of a distance from the reception. The rooms have wooden floors, a microwave, a small refrigerator, and a small hairdryer. The water pressure is good, and most importantly, it's clean and tidy. Everything was wiped down before check-in, so there was practically no dust. There's daily cleaning, and I heard local drivers tip $2-5. Everyone from the receptionist to the staff is friendly and smiling. 🏨Parking is free; you need to ask for a parking permit at the reception. There's a car wash nearby. While giving the hotel a thumbs up, I really have to say, it's a beautiful but rural area... In these dark times, the hotel is truly a bright spot."
Motel 6 Pasadena, CA – Old Town Pasadena Area
"It's ok, just average."
The Langham Huntington Pasadena, Los Angeles
"The hotel is severely overpriced, and the rooms are truly mediocre. The place is like a maze—it’s incredibly difficult to find your room—and they unfairly withheld my security deposit. I will definitely not be staying there again!"
La Casa Inn
"The room was quiet and tidy. The front desk service was also good."
