Not a big deal but just know the house is on top of a hill. And two of the rooms are Jack and Jill. Thanks for the experience and connections!"

"A normal motel. The breakfast area is only open on weekends, but on weekdays you get a box of bread and other treats. Also, the microwave is outside the room. There's a supermarket nearby, so the location is good."

A quick pull of the car door and a few steps led straight into the room, where shoe prints from the previous traveler still marked the concrete floor. Outside the window was the parking lot, with the occasional rumble of a truck engine, like the breathing sound of this small town. The sheets were clean white, smelling faintly of cheap laundry detergent. The TV offered only a few channels, and the mini-fridge held two cans of Coke. But it was precisely this 'simplicity' that offered a strange sense of peace – a place that doesn't expect anyone to stay, only welcoming weary travelers passing through. It felt like a scene from an old movie: you walk in, toss the keys on the table, and the story just begins."
