Pasadena Hotel & Pool ★★★★
"This is our favorite hotel in Pasadena. It has such a cool vibe and the pool area is such a nice relaxing scene. If I had one gripe is that the pool is usually cold but the staff is so attentive. Plenty of towels and plenty of things to do out on Colorado Avenue."
Astro Pasadena Hotel ★★
"great location in pasadena and great value for money especially for a one night stay"
Hilton Pasadena ★★★★
"The location is very good, the surrounding environment is good, there are many Chinese people, and there are many food options. The hotel service is also good, but the room I was assigned is close to the laundry room, which is open 24 hours a day. I was washing clothes when I entered the room. Parking is only paid for valet parking, and breakfast is ordered in the restaurant mode. After all, it is a busy neighborhood"
Hyatt Place Pasadena ★★★
"The room is clean and of a good size. The sofa bed can be opened into a 1.5 double bed. The service staff is enthusiastic and professional. The breakfast is delicious. The surrounding environment is very quiet and the staff is of high quality. There are no homeless people in Pasadena. It is very safe."
Howard Johnson by Wyndham Pasadena ★★
"The environment is nice; it's right across from the PCC university, and you can also go into the library across the street to read. The reception desk also offers coffee and hot water, which is convenient for Chinese palates. The price is reasonable, and parking is free."
Pasadena Inn at Old Town, Los Angeles ★★
"The room was nice and the location was ok. There is breakfast, which is simple. What I am more curious about is that for some reason there was a homeless person living in the same hotel with me at this price. She told me that she was kicked out by her son, that she was cheated by the government, that her son 💉 and other illegal things, and in the end she asked me for money. It's really funny and a little scary. I had a wonderful encounter while having breakfast 😂"
AC Hotel Pasadena ★★★★
"The hotel is new and spotlessly clean. The gym is excellent, and the service is also top-notch. It's perfect for business travelers."
Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles Pasadena Old Town ★★★★
"Lovely stay. Breakfast was great with loads of options. Nice swimming pool and hot tub open to 10pm which can be a great way to end the day. The only criticism is the parking fee of $35 a day. That's a bit too pricey."
Residence Inn Los Angeles Pasadena/Old Town ★★★
"After staying for 3 nights, the overall feeling is: dirty, messy, and poor. It is not recommended to stay unless you don't care about the feeling. Dirty: The sanitation is poor, the floor and carpet in the room are so dirty that they can't be any dirtier. The sanitation of the public area is poor, the swimming pool is not clean, and the elevator and garage walkway are very dirty. Messy: The management feels messy, the service ability of the staff is poor, and the service awareness is not worthy of this hotel brand. The whole hotel gives people a lifeless feeling, without any vitality. It is obviously caused by the chaotic management. Poor: The front desk staff has poor ability and is not dedicated. They can't solve normal service problems for guests. Guests repeatedly ask questions and always agree but never solve the problem, and never give feedback. The professional quality of the staff is poor. They clearly communicated the room number that needs to be cleaned in person, but never cleaned it. After repeatedly asking, no one came to clean the room. I stayed for a total of 3 nights and 4 days, and there was never a service staff to provide us with room cleaning and towel replacement services. The included buffet breakfast is extremely poor, with few varieties and average quality. The location of the hotel is OK, only 26 miles from LAX Los Angeles International Airport, and it only takes 1.5 hours to get to the airport. The price is reasonable, about $290 per day for hotel accommodation and parking. I selected a few photos I took casually, and you can decide for yourself whether to stay in this luxury hotel."

The Langham Huntington Pasadena, Los Angeles
"I missed my first night's check-in due to a flight delay. After explaining my situation, the hotel staff proactively helped me apply for a waiver of the first night's room fee, for which I was very grateful. The hotel's overall environment and service were excellent, and the surrounding area is safe and comfortable. Highly recommended."
Hotel le Reve Pasadena
"It's okay. Value for money."
The Westin Pasadena
"The hotel is really baffled. I called before to confirm that the room included breakfast, but on the day of check-in, the front desk said there was no breakfast. Later, Ctrip called and said that one had breakfast and the other didn't. Even after showing them the list, it was of no use."
The Patrician Hollywood Universal
"Great view from the hill top. Very quiet neighborhood. Super host TJ served us breakfast, offered travel tips, a fun guy to talk to! It is about 15 minutes drive to downtown Pasadena. Not a big deal but just know the house is on top of a hill. And two of the rooms are Jack and Jill. Thanks for the experience and connections!"
Ramada by Wyndham Pasadena
"A normal motel. The breakfast area is only open on weekends, but on weekdays you get a box of bread and other treats. Also, the microwave is outside the room. There's a supermarket nearby, so the location is good."
Charming/Private Home on Deodar Pine-lined St.
Lincoln Motel - Los Angeles, Hollywood Area
"The neon sign buzzed in the night, spelling out a crooked 'MOTEL'. A quick pull of the car door and a few steps led straight into the room, where shoe prints from the previous traveler still marked the concrete floor. Outside the window was the parking lot, with the occasional rumble of a truck engine, like the breathing sound of this small town. The sheets were clean white, smelling faintly of cheap laundry detergent. The TV offered only a few channels, and the mini-fridge held two cans of Coke. But it was precisely this 'simplicity' that offered a strange sense of peace – a place that doesn't expect anyone to stay, only welcoming weary travelers passing through. It felt like a scene from an old movie: you walk in, toss the keys on the table, and the story just begins."
