"The hotel staff entered my pre-decorated wedding room without permission. I booked a wedding room at this hotel, and they provided red bedding, including four red pillows. The afternoon before the wedding, while I was on my way to pick up my wedding dress, I received a call from a staff member who said they needed the red pillows for other rooms because they were running short. I thought they were asking for my permission, but then the staff member told me they had already taken them. I was furious because I had spent five or six hours meticulously decorating my wedding room and didn't want anyone to touch it. Yet, the hotel staff, without my consent, trespassed into my decorated wedding room and took items without permission. This shows a complete lack of respect for customers and for people who are about to get married. I reported this to the hotel manager, but they offered no solutions, just going in circles with their words. Finally, they said they would give me a souvenir, but I never received it. This incident truly showed me the service quality of the Ji Hotel in Pingdingshan and the competence of their management."
