"1. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which is quite convenient. I chose to stay here because it's close to the airport, as I was in Kansas City to watch the Argentina team play. 2. The room wasn't particularly spacious, and for the 2k price tag, I felt it wasn't great value for money. The surrounding area, however, was decent. 3. Like most hotels in the US, there were no slippers, toothbrushes, or hot water kettles, so you have to bring your own. The service just can't compare to what you get in China."

The entire staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive—I actually witnessed the front desk handle a guest with an issue with complete grace and understanding, which really speaks to their professionalism and training. The location couldn't be better; we were able to just walk right across the street to our concert without any hassle. We unfortunately had to head out before grabbing breakfast the next morning, but the spread looked wonderful. Highly recommend booking here!"
