Normally I would have rated a hotel like this 4 of 5. It’s nice, clean, staff is friendly, rooms fair sized, noise level okay - all the expected stuff. But what this hotel have that gives that extra is their environment policy- other hotels have these signs to hang on door if you don’t need cleaning and the staff disregards them and clean anyway 🤯 not here though. At check in you are asked if you need cleaning and if you don’t, they give you a hotel coin that can be traded for a drink at the bar or donated to tree planting and then they actually do not clean your room - amazing

Pentahotel Prague WAS very good hotel. After our last visit we are decided to skip this hotel from our hotel list in Prague. Untidy rooms (because they have not enough housekeepers!) and overcrowded breakfast... if you have a fortune, you can find some place to have a breakfast in the bar if not your breakfast will be in the elevator. Terrible experience for more than 1100 € for 4 nights. NEVER EVER.

Was here for 4 nights. I had room 519, very spacious, room was clean. Also had breakfast at hotel, this was a help yourself buffet, hot or cold choices. I really enjoyed the hot food, eggs fry or scrambled, beans, bacon and sausages. I would stay here again!

First time visiting Penta Hotel Prague first of all really the best experience, great staff wonderful guest experience, room luxurious sized really well decorated and in heart of Prague would suggest to everyone from business to family holidays, lounge had alot to offer with Amazing games and delicious choices of cocktails honestly 10/10 experience, if I visit Prague (and I most likely definitely will) I will stay here again! Thank you for everything ❤️

Easy to get, fast check-in, cozy room and tasty breakfast. Above that - the most entertaining lobby I've ever seen. Nice place to stay

Big bed, quiet room, great bar…shower good apart from it ran out out onto the floor… not so great. Trams and metro to main areas close by. Great little independent coffee shop to the right on the next block… but book at weekends.
First time in a penta hotel… will definitely use again.

The reception staff was great except for one lady with a poor attitude. Interacting with her was an unpleasant experience. She stood out like a sore thumb among the rest of staff that were polite and pleasant. The carpets are dirty (keep your shoes on). Apart from these, the bedding was good quality and the lobby ambiance was exceptionally relaxing. I probably would not stay here again
