"The front door was extremely dirty, which creates a poor first impression on arrival. I was also informed that this would be an accessible apartment; however, this was not the case. There are three steep steps at the entrance, the doors throughout are very heavy to open, and the bathroom does not provide sufficient space to manoeuvre safely. The bathroom also lacks an emergency red cord, and the handle on the folding door is broken. The bed provided was not suitable for my accessibility needs, although the bedding itself appeared clean. Overall, the apartment felt generally grubby and did not meet the standard or accessibility requirements."

"The room and bathroom were clean, the mug and kettle, coffee-tea-sugar and milk were prepared in a tray, even the room had a fan and heater which I didn't use , because weather was good but it was really good I saw them in the closet, I asked for iron and hair dryer, reception was a super nice gentleman who explained to me everything I needed. I stayed for one night, but I recommend strongly, better than Airbnb, no Airbnb with same or higher price accepted my request because I just wanted a night and all of them said you should at least book for 3nights! The other reason is I had my own shower and toilet. there is no need to share it with others,and lock the door. The doors had electronic locks, though, really safe and close to different bus stations. Thank you!"

"Pillows were hard, we spent most of the night tossing and turning. Room was dated, cracks in the walls, pictures and sink. Bathroom fan stayed on even with light off. No air con. USB plug is by the side of the bed didn't charge without the light being on so phone's had no charge overnight. Not a massive issue, but there was no gluten free bread and cereal on offer like other chain hotels cater for really well."

"I like this hotel. The spa is a free bath. I originally thought it was a massage and made a mistake. You can also book a massage, but there is an additional fee. Haha. Nice environment"
