Upon entering, I discovered the cold water in the bathroom wasn't working properly. The water pressure in the toilet was unstable, fluctuating between strong and weak, which significantly impacted my ability to wash up and shower. What was most unacceptable was that disposable toilet seat covers, which are usually provided free in standard hotels, cost extra here. The infrastructure is poor, the service communication is lacking, and it offers very low value for money. I will not be returning."
