"The carpet in the room was not very clean, it should have been cleaned for a long time. The bed was not bad and I slept very well. The twin room layout is not the best. The sofa and writing desk occupy space in the innermost part of the room, there is no scenery outside, and it is divided into the direction of the parking garage. The sink is together with the room. The toilet is used for toilet and bathtub/shower (bathing will make a very strange sound). The sound insulation of the door is not very good. The sound of footsteps in the corridor is very clear. The occupancy rate of the hotel during the summer vacation is particularly high, and it takes a long time to check in. Mainly because of the ticket to the water park, the children are very happy. The parking space is very full. Self-service parking is also charged, about 35 knives a day. Children like to stay for two more nights, during the day in the indoor water park, it is very convenient to sleep at night."

"Disneyland Hotel is always a magical place to stay like all the other Disney Parks hotels my family has stayed at. Front Lobby staff always make things so easy and they’re always so welcoming and accommodating. One thing I wanted to point out was one staffer who clearly just works there expecting tips. Edward Chavez helped my family with their bags and not only was rude “I thought you guys were ready, but you’re there just taking pictures” and then expected a tip to the point that he provided his Venmo account to make sure he was compensated. What a blemish in what otherwise is typically a great experience at a Disney Parks hotel."

"Everything about this hotel is a perfection; the staff engages on having thoughtful manners towards those who are residents here. If there’s anything being issued they assure you to doing the best & helping out the best way possible that way you’re satisfied."

"The location of hotel is not bad, if you take ART bus , only 10 mins and 1 stop to Disneyland park. however, the time is not accuracy. Always is not following the schedule at its app. Crazy for me. If you wanna walk to Disney downtown, you need to spend 20-25 mins but easy to access. Breakfast is the same every morning, no change. Basic food. But good for written down the Kcal for food. 😄 No hot water to be provided even restaurant or room."

"The hotel is located in the Disney Resort, the breakfast choice is average, the hotel room is old, equivalent to the domestic three-point five-star level, and the choice of eating around is also average. But it is very comfortable to go out in the morning and the street link is very good."

"The hotel was cute, very clean and the service was good, but there were some mishaps, such as the toilet not flushing and the circuit breaker in the room tripping (just because I had the light on and was using a hair dryer). When I told them I forgot my toothbrush, they brought me one."
