"Extremely satisfied 👍💯 Oxygen: The hotel provides diffused oxygen supply, or you can use an oxygen tube. This was my first time staying in a hotel with diffused oxygen supply. The room has a smart panel displaying the local altitude and room oxygen purity. I turned the oxygen knob 360° and saw the oxygen purity was 20.9%. Worried about damaging it by turning it randomly and causing discomfort due to low oxygen levels, I called the front desk to ask about the normal room oxygen purity. They said 20%-30%, which reassured me. Service: Upon check-in, the front desk noticed my mother was very unwell and upgraded us to an executive twin room, which was very thoughtful ❤️. They patiently answered all my questions and helped me resolve them, providing excellent service 👍 Accommodation: The hotel is new, and the room is large enough to fit two suitcases with the aisle still spacious. The slippers were incredibly soft and comfortable!!! The entire room is smart-controlled; you can say, "Xiao Ai, close the curtains." The lights are automatic at night, turning on when you pass the sink. Cleanliness: The toilet is heated and comes with disposable toilet seat covers. The room has wooden flooring. Breakfast: The breakfast was plentiful! It was nutritionally balanced and tasted quite good. They even had freshly cooked noodles."

"The first three pictures are of the room I stayed in on the first night, and the fourth picture is of the room I stayed in on the second night. I stay at this hotel several times a month. When I entered the room on the first night, I saw this and called the front desk. The front desk called a cleaning service, but there wasn't a single apology. The next day, when I checked in, I showed the front desk the photos, and they just said, "We called you last night," without another apology. The dirty room is your hotel's problem; as a consumer, should I be responsible? I didn't intend to leave a bad review because I stay here frequently, but the front desk's attitude on the second night really made me uncomfortable. I'm already being very lenient by not making a scene. Although it's a standalone hotel, as a service industry business, I hope they can still do their job properly."

"Having stayed at over ten Home Inn branches, this was the worst experience. The oxygen supply was interrupted at night, directly triggering altitude sickness. There was no underfloor heating, and the air conditioner was extremely noisy. The bathroom water pressure was unstable, fluctuating between hot and cold, and the water flow was extremely weak. The hairdryer would forcibly shut down after two minutes of use, requiring a ten-minute wait to restart. I used it intermittently for an hour, and accidentally caught a chill, worsening my altitude sickness. The room had extremely poor soundproofing; I could constantly hear noises from the corridor throughout the night, and was woken up by staff around 6 or 7 am. The cleaning was perfunctory; dust accumulated in the corners, and hair was found on the bed. The overall stay experience was extremely poor. I inquired about the room status at 2 pm but received no response. When checking in, the front desk staff were rude, and the new employee they were training was even verbally abusive. The hotel only offered 28.8 yuan in compensation afterward (which I did not accept) and refused to improve staff service. We didn't dare to report the problems on subsequent stays. On the positive side, you could see the washing machine in the room, so there was no queue, which was commendable."

"My trip to Xigaze was wonderful! The hotel's hygiene was excellent, with all towels and bath towels individually packed. The facilities were very comprehensive, and having an oxygen concentrator meant I barely experienced any altitude sickness. The breakfast spread was rich and varied. The hotel staff were incredibly service-oriented and always went above and beyond to help. They were always reachable during my stay, and 'Mixian' (the staff member) was particularly helpful. It was so unhygienic that I didn't eat anything in the end. The feeling is really bad! ! Service: Finally the hotel manager came to the room to understand the situation and apologized, saying that the waiter did not understand Mandarin? ? Very outrageous! ! Facilities: It should be a very old hotel. I complained to the hotel about the noise. The exhaust in the bathroom was very noisy.
