"I enjoyed my birthday stay here. It’s a great location to everything from wine tasting, dine, or relax by the pool. The hotel reminds me of a boutique hotel, warm colors, relaxing quiet environment. In my first room 110, there were cigarette butts in the rocks on the patio, not sure why that wasn’t cleaned up. I was switched to room 203, nicer, roomier, but the pullout sofa cushions needed cleaning. Overall, it was a great stay for one night."

"The hotel lobby and amenities are great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are lots of towels at the swimming pool and the jacuzzi is big enough for a number of people soaking in it together. Two big containers of water are ready for you in the lobby. The room is dated; the screen door requires some work. Water comes out from both the shower head and faucet when taking showers. Overall, we had a good time."

"This is a Nice hotel , big room with desk that you can do computer work, plus they provided complimentary breakfast, it is delicious and includes healthy fruit and proteins, and the hotel room is always so clean & neat even we lived there 4 nights , they always clean your room daily, the service is excellent, worth for the price . By the way, they don’t provide the disposable slipper and toothbrush , you need to prepare your own. It is a good thing that protect earth & environment since there is so much disposable plastics has been wasted."

"Okay, mini-rant time. First off, the old guy at the front desk – he thought his attitude was fine, but I found it utterly arrogant. I checked in at 12:10 AM, all I wanted was to get to sleep. They demanded a $100 deposit, and I tried both my US card and my Hong Kong card, neither worked. (Side note: I have to give props to the Desert Hot Springs Spa Hotel next door; their service was fantastic. I stayed there for four days, and my card had no issues with the deposit there). But back to this arrogant guy – he made me so angry! In the middle of the night, I drove to 7-Eleven, but the ATM was out of order. I then went back to the Desert Hot Springs Spa Hotel to use their ATM, and that didn't work either. Thankfully, someone from the Desert Hot Springs Spa Hotel helped me out; I Zelled them the money, and they gave me $100 cash. Finally, at 1 AM, I had the $100 cash and returned to that arrogant hotel. I will absolutely never book this hotel again. If they're so arrogant, they can just stay there themselves."
