The lobby and surrounding area are very grand, and check-in is also very fast. Because the hotel is very large and there are many rooms on one floor, a map is given to indicate the location of the check-in room. The boating was not open on the day of check-in, saying it was due to weather reasons, but the weather seemed to be fine that day, which was a pity. The first floor has direct access to the swimming pool. The children swam in the water for two consecutive days, which is suitable for walking the baby"

"Traveling with a child, the room was okay, but on the second afternoon we went out twice to make it easier for them to clean. Around 7 pm, when I returned to the room and fell asleep, they knocked on the door and just came in, changed the bathroom towels, and left without even bringing a new bathrobe! The room was completely untouched. On the third day, when I checked out, they knocked on the door at 10 am to ask if the room could be cleaned. I said later, and it seems they prioritized cleaning rooms for those checking out, leaving those still staying at the front of the line! It's really outrageous. Also, the hot spring pool area is for those 18 and older. Kids definitely need to warm up in the hot spring after swimming in this weather, even though it's a heated pool, it's still winter. I went to the hot spring pool myself, and there was hair floating in it… To sum it up, for over 3000 yuan a night, the room was okay, but the service was terrible, the pool was crowded and cold in winter, and the children's hot spring pool wasn't usable – it's not very considerate. At least there should be one area for adults and one for children."

"This is a Nice hotel , big room with desk that you can do computer work, plus they provided complimentary breakfast, it is delicious and includes healthy fruit and proteins, and the hotel room is always so clean & neat even we lived there 4 nights , they always clean your room daily, the service is excellent, worth for the price . By the way, they don’t provide the disposable slipper and toothbrush , you need to prepare your own. It is a good thing that protect earth & environment since there is so much disposable plastics has been wasted."
