"To be honest I was worried about this hotel after I read some negative reviews about their rooms, also feedback from a friend of mine saying the bathroom is super small. But I think we had a good time here, my room is located at 1st floor which is same floor as lobby, clean and comfortable. They use room key instead of room card, u need to lock the room door manually as it doesn't auto lock. There is a cafe, library and a piano for anyone to play at the basement. Cafe served nice coffee, and there is a door access to Lake Toya pathway. I like the 8th floor Onsen (amazing Lake Toya View)more than then basement one. Both dinner and breakfast are buffet style with lots of varieties. sashimi is very fresh. Fireworks started at 845pm sharp daily during summer. It was ok. Overall it's a good experience in this Onsen Hotel."

"The room facilities are a bit old, but the space is decent. The main draw is the good value for money, especially with the half-board option (dinner and breakfast included), which is very convenient even if the variety was a bit repetitive. The best part was definitely the outdoor hot spring, and they also have a shuttle bus to Sapporo Station."
