Situated in the heart of Longhu District's CBD, it's just a few minutes' walk to Mixc City, making shopping and strolling incredibly convenient. A 4-minute bike ride takes you straight to Long'an South Food Street, where you can easily find authentic pig trotter rice, sweet soups, and traditional rice rolls – a foodie's paradise! Transportation is also super convenient: 15 minutes to Shantou Station and 40 minutes to the airport, making it worry-free for both business trips and family vacations. The dining experience was divine! The breakfast buffet is an absolute treasure for awakening your taste buds – the Chaoshan specialty section offers authentic and flavorful 'guo zhi' and rice rolls, alongside Western dishes and fresh fruits and vegetables. Both the service and facilities are impeccable! Staff proactively contacted me before arrival to confirm my check-in time and needs. The service team, Nikita, Sunny, Alma, Naomi, Vicky, and Krystal, were warm and attentive. They added me on WeChat for instant assistance, and even my child received a special cake and a huge platter of pickled fruits. The room was clean and tidy with excellent soundproofing, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The thoughtful inclusion of a Gongfu tea set added a touch of Chaoshan culture. The fitness center is well-equipped, and after a workout, you can enjoy the dry and wet saunas, melting away any travel fatigue. There's also free parking and EV charging stations. From its convenient location to delightful dining, and from the quality of its facilities to its foundational service, the Sheraton Shantou truly showcases the professionalism and warmth of an international brand. Whether for the efficiency demanded by a business trip or the comfort sought in a family holiday, this hotel perfectly meets all needs. "Service: Xiao Wu from guest services was great, and Xiao Xin at the front desk was very efficient with check-in. I truly felt like a valued guest! Facilities: The decor is high-end and grand. The lobby is impressive, and the rooms are cozy and comfortable with excellent attention to detail. Hygiene: Very clean. For me, hygiene is the most important thing when traveling, and this hotel truly excels in that regard! The round-trip shuttle service to and from Shantou Station for two people was incredibly convenient!"

"Highly recommend! After a disappointing experience at our previous hotel and struggling to find a suitable place on any travel app, my friend and I decided to book this hotel on the spot. We thought a five-star hotel couldn't be too bad, but the relatively cheap price made us a bit apprehensive. To our surprise, it turned out to be a huge pleasant discovery! Firstly, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable – the carpets were spotless, and every detail was well-maintained. Secondly, the service was excellent; they even offered us a complimentary local snack (Guozhi) and provided a shuttle service to/from Shantou Station. I must say, hotels with Hong Kong investment truly deliver professional service. For less than 400 RMB, you wouldn't expect much, but the Emperor Hotel made us feel like we deserved the best! The hotel is relatively old, so there aren't many power sockets, which meant we couldn't easily charge our phones by the bed while using them. But that's a minor detail and really a matter of personal preference. Overall, we're extremely satisfied and would definitely return!"

"My stay at the Oriental Century Hotel in Shantou was excellent. Located on the east coast, it's conveniently situated within walking distance of seafood stalls and easily accessible by taxi to small parks, with free parking available. The rooms were of exceptional quality, featuring a sophisticated wood design, a super comfortable 2-meter king-size bed with a Simmons mattress, and panoramic windows offering stunning sunrise and sunset views of the east coast. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and was equipped with Duravit toiletries, a Dyson hairdryer, and a Lelabo skincare set – very luxurious. The rooftop infinity pool was photogenic, and breakfast included Chaoshan specialties like beef balls and rice noodle rolls. The front desk proactively provided sightseeing tips, and 24-hour concierge service was available on call. Overall, a great experience with no disappointments."

"This time, we brought our children to the White Swan Hotel in Shantou to experience the Milk Dragon Family Room. The kids were especially happy, and the room was very whimsical. The sea view room was perfect, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering unobstructed panoramic sea views. When we needed a luggage cart at check-out, Win at the front desk quickly resolved our issue and even gave the children small gifts. The warm service truly made us feel at home. The room also had Chaozhou tea sets, allowing us to enjoy tea and the view while the children played – a unique and delightful experience."
