Arriving at the airport around 00:25, finding a place nearby was important. The room was clean and comfortable, had enough clean white towels and water. The shower area and toilet was clean. There’s a clean pool downstairs and a relaxing area. Things to be strengthened at the hotel is supplying hairdryers. I was picked up at the airport and the driver was kind and helped me with my luggage, even when checking in and upto my room. Thank you for the welcoming stay.

It’s really convenient to rush to the airport. The most important thing is that the service is in place. The newly opened hotel has very good service and is very enthusiastic in helping guests solve problems. The security work is also in place and the rooms are spacious and bright. The bed is 1.8 meters long and very comfortable to sleep on. The sheets and quilt covers are very clean. There is a swimming pool in the community. I like this place very much. The environment is comfortable, the service is thoughtful, the hotel is in a good location, the transportation is convenient, the decoration style is very high-end, and I especially like the bed here, which is very comfortable and the sheets are very clean. Check-in was fast and efficient. The girls at the front desk had a good service attitude, were very meticulous, enthusiastic, kind, and thoughtful. I was very satisfied with my stay. It was great.

As soon as I got off the plane, the store called to help upgrade the parent-child room. The children liked it very much. The service was very good and the location was good. It was convenient to go to the Yemeng Corridor. The sound of the plane was a bit disturbing when sleeping. The children actually ate a lot of supper at night. There was also a mini bar, which was really good.

We are very happy that we chose these apartments. Very clean, they cleaned every day, brought water. There is absolutely everything you need, including a washing machine with a drying function. In the hallway you can take an umbrella and a clothes steamer. Excellent playground - my son was delighted. And he especially liked watching the planes take off from the window. At the same time, the apartment itself is quiet. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach. On the weekend, they showed a movie on the site and gave out tea and popcorn for free. There is a large supermarket nearby. Next time, we will definitely stay in these apartments again.

Good: - Great location. - Spacious and quiet environment - Supermarket about 500m away. - Near to the beach. - Have all the necessary items provided (towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, - All aircon working fine Not so good: - Only 1 TV in the living room, which doesn't allow easy access to channels. Need to use those apps within, but most shows need vip acct. - Bed is a little hard - Seal on bathroom door needs improvement else some water will get out and wet the floor outside. - Floor felt a little sticky but slippers are provided so not much of an issue. Overall a good place to stay.

Our transport got us to the wrong location the first time, but after calling the front desk, the reception lady was very kind to quickly zip over on an electric scooter and brought us to the correct location which was just about 100m away. There were locals staying in the apartment block too, some accommodations were rented out for tourists. Comfortable 2-room private apartment for 4 adults, with 2 rooms and double beds, 1 common shower, wash area and toilet. Kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, crockery, cutlery and some food preparation tools. Living/dining room had a TV, coffee table, 3-seater sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. Balcony had a washing machine with capsule detergent, drying rack, a couple of outdoor chairs. A nice sea view awaits with views of surrounding apartments. Morning/afternoon sun shone onto the balcony nicely, providing warmth and excellent for drying clothes. Need to request floormat at the shower area, digital lock was hard to open at times, remote for TV wasn't working but reception resolved quickly. You can link up with reception via WeChat for any queries or requests. At ground level there're just 1 or 2 grocery shops and about 3 eateries, but not very lively. About 10mins walk, you can reach a shopping mall/arcade with a very large supermarket and there you can get lots of snacks, drinks and a variety of other day to day items. Lots of eating places at the shopping mall too. Although the apartment is quite out of the way, just call DiDi as its very fast to arrive and took us to many places.

Had a great time. Front desk and Housekeeping were very accommodating with our frivolous request. Breakfast is mostly Chinese but timing is vast and lasts till 10:30 AM. They have many swimming pools and the beach is accessible between 6:00 to 23:00 Hrs. Beware of the sea currents on the beach. Overall a very satisfying stay.

Sanya Conifer Hotel was THE BEST! The view from the rooftop bar and pool is insanely beautiful. We got upgrade to a sea view room on arrival. This was such a treat. The room was big and spacious with a bath tub on the balcony. They also gave complimentary fruit and water. The whole hotel was so clean. Buffet breakfast was included and had a very big Chinese and Western variety. Right infront of the hotel is a beach where you are allowed to swim. The sun set from the beach and the hotel is very nice. I would recommend this hotel! The staff also tried to assist and help as much as they could. One day it was raining and we got umbrellas to use. We also booked in at 12:00 pm and the staff was ready to assist us even at that time of the night.

The corridor is very loud. I thought it would be noisy because of the airplanes, but there weren't any. However, a bunch of people were chatting in the yard at night, which was very noisy. In addition, the floor-to-ceiling windows faced the public yard, which was very embarrassing. There was no privacy at all. No, when you close the windows at midnight, a few men downstairs are still watching you.
