"As soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the guard, who promptly informed the front desk of our arrival. He clearly directed us to the reception area and kindly reminded us to be careful while going down the long staircase, very efficient and friendly service. The front desk staff were professional and polite. They even offered to extend our check-out time to 2 PM so we could better enjoy our stay, especially since we arrived around 6 PM. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture as we were celebrating my birthday. The food was excellent. The lechon kawali was a standout, perfectly crispy and juicy. The halaan soup tasted comforting and homey, and the fish fillet was crisp on the outside while tender and flavorful inside. The sandwich was also good. The view is absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking sunset. Our room was spacious and even had a balcony, which we loved. The only downside was the pool, which is quite small and can get crowded if everyone decides to swim. The Water pressure in the bathroom in our room is weak we had a hard time showering and flushing the toilet. Additionally, the staff at the water activities area were not very accommodating. Although kayak and snorkeling equipment are complimentary, they seemed uninterested in assisting us. We noticed they were more attentive to foreign guests, and we hope the staff can provide equal service to all guests in the future. Overall, it was a lovely stay with just a few areas for improvement."

"I had a really pleasant experience overall. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They made sure everything was comfortable and smooth throughout my stay. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and complete with everything we needed. It felt safe and relaxing, which made the experience even better. As for the food, I truly enjoyed it! The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. There were good options to choose from, and everything tasted great. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others. 😊"

"This was an amazing trip! I haven't had a chance to write a review but here it goes. 1. The staff - Super amazing and friendly, always smiling and helpful. 2. The managers - great, caring, funny and always went above and beyond to help and accommodate. 3. Resort - Amazing ocean view and lots of activities, we went back 3 times in a span of 2 weeks. Lol 4. Room - clean and comfortable! 5. Food and drinks - delicious and amazing! One of the best in the Philippines. I've been to many hotels and resorts worldwide, but this has been the top of all of my stays. The vibe, the friendliness, activities, food and drinks. I've never felt so relaxed and I didn't even need to use my phone. No stress and all good vibes! Waking up to see the ocean with a nice cup of coffee with smooth music, it makes the hours of drive (almost 4 hours one way) to there well worth it. In my opinion, this was more than a stay, this was an unforgettable experience! We have been through the regular days and also the typhoon days, they have been amazing and helpful the whole time! It was definitely an adventure! Now I'm back in Florida again and I miss this place, but I'm planning a visit the Philippines next year and I will make this my top place to visit!"

"Accommodation & dining was mediocre. However, the diving was AMAZING; facilities and quality of the diving equipment are seriously good and well maintained. The dive master was exceptional and the dive shop offered great service including all the boat crew. Would have given a 6 star rating for the diving only. Beware when booking via trip.com, there were massive issues and the reservation was recorded in the resort's system until I followed up with trip.com - quite a hassle."

"The most famous spot here is the Anilao diving area, considered a ”macro paradise” by divers worldwide—not for grandeur, but for detail; quiet, yet captivating. Even if you don't dive, it's a great place to sit by the sea and watch the clouds, waves, and the slowly shifting light. Disadvantages: The hotel room Wi-Fi was broken and not properly fixed. There are mosquitoes, so bring mosquito repellent. The food is on the pricier side, probably to match the beautiful scenery."

"Perfect if you love diving and snorkeling. Lovely Italian restaurants 1 km away. Very sweet people, but I think much too expensive for the Philippines. Free canoe and equipment available from the resort. Tip: book directly through the owner."
