"It's close to the beach, so it takes a while to get to the city by tram.! But the facilities are clean and nice. However, the shower room in the room my parents stayed in was not separated at all, so after showering, the water flowed all the way to the toilet.... It's an unmanned check-in-out system, but if there was a problem, it was easy to contact the staff."

"We had a deluxe room which features a very large terrace over the sea. Literally over the North Sea. The views were amazing-especially at sunset. The room was nicely decorated and the shower was excellent. The bed was two single beds put together which was not comfortable however. Also, the toilet room and the show room did not have exhaust fans which were badly needed. The breakfast was excellent, also with great views over the sea."

While the hotel does not have its own parking lot, street parking was always available, so it was never an issue. "A new hotel. I booked this hotel because it was cheap and easy to get to by tram from The Hague. It's a 3-4 minute walk from the tram station. A self-check-in hotel using the touch panel. Because the hotel is basically unmanned, you need a password even to open the entrance door. I was told that the password was sent to me by email in advance, but I couldn't find it, so I pressed the intercom and a staff member opened it for me right away. They don't usually show themselves to guests, but it seems that there is a staff member somewhere in the hotel. It seems that they are operating with the bare minimum. There were basically no amenities, not even an internal line or a hair dryer. If you had any problems, you had to call someone's phone number. It was a beautiful hotel, so I was surprised that there was no hair dryer. I called to check, but it seems that they don't have one. Isn't it rare for a room without a hair dryer in a new hotel like this these days? There was a coffee maker, desk, and chair in the common area at the front desk. It was spacious and there were many of them, so it seemed like a good place to work. Drinks were charged. Even hot water was 2 euros. It was close to the sea, and it took 5 minutes to get there. It was nice to take a walk at dusk. There are many supermarkets in the area. The supermarket next door seems to be open until midnight."

"Good hotel, right in the city center, with a parking garage less than 5 minutes away. For a deluxe room, which we had, I expected more space, more storage, and definitely a mini-fridge (a major drawback). There was no bath, but a walk-in shower, and coffee and tea were also available. The bed was reasonable to good. Excellent breakfast, with lots of variety, a wide selection of bread, fresh fruit, juices, cottage cheese, tasty sandwich spreads, and tasty snacks, but we did miss a trash can on the tables. Check-in was via computer, especially these days (unfortunately), but there was someone available to help if needed, and the staff was friendly. So, a pretty nice hotel, though quite pricey. We dined out."

"Nice hotel with friendly staff. The location is great, right on the beach/boulevard of Scheveningen. There are also plenty of facilities (pool/sauna) to keep you entertained at the hotel. The room was in good order, though it could have been cleaned a bit better. Comfortable beds. The air conditioning didn't work very well; the room was a bit warm. There was enough space in the family room for 4 people. All in all, a pleasant stay and a good (expensive) breakfast."

"This is the worst hotel I've ever dealt with. I have booked a room for my 10 years anniversary with my dying wife ( there probably won's be an 11 year anniversary ). Unfortunately because of life circumstances ( I've lost my job ) I've had to cancel the room reservation ( 10 days before the date ). When I've explained my situation to the hotel management, and I've asked them to do the right thing and give me some kind of a refund ( even a meal voucher would have done it ). Unfortunately the hotel management decided not to do the right thing and reject my request. They gave me nothing, and they very likely booked the same room twice and made double the money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL."
