"Excellent value for money. Great location on a hill away from the any noise. Close to beach, shops and local attractions and amenities. Very warm atmosphere in old Spanish style. Tasty variety of food so always something for everyone to choose from. Clientele from various nationalities including Spanish, all mixing well together. Service was excellent and the staff are friendly and respectful to guests. Cleanliness is excellent throughout the hotel. Rooms are comfortable with a balcony with a table and two chairs either overlooking the pool and garden or the town. A nice spot to unwind after the day out. Will definitely return!"

"Where to start. I stayed in room 210 The air-con is stupid cant have it on when door is open. Even when it is on u cant feel anything because its that weak and facing a wall so it blows into that. So it was super horrible to try sleep at night The fridge didnt keep anything cold and was told it was a new fridge but the dial in the fridge was took out so u couldnt make it colder. The bed was hard and matteress kept moving off the bed. The sheet was rough and didnt keep you cool. Also there young lady on reception spoke to us really nastly because we complained about the issues. We asked for a different room and was refused, we even asked are Jet2 rep came and spoke to them and asked them to move and they said no."
