"I really liked it here! This is the best hotel of our entire trip so far. Very, very, very clean and pleasant! Very comfortable and cozy! There's a TV where you can turn on your YouTube channel and enjoy the evening. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, explaining everything in detail and accommodating with any requests. You can also check in early or check out late for a fee (which is very nice). Unfortunately, there are no photos left. But believe me, it's a very nice place!"

"Lovely hotel from what we saw. Only really used it to sleep in but very clean and modern. Great size room and added bonus of being able to see Disney! Bit hectic when checking in. 3 people on the desk but no real queue, so when checking in late with a child and a young baby, it wasn’t great with other people pushing in front."

"1. Spider net at corner. 2. The bed lamp is not working. 3. The hairdryer is as old as my grandma. I need to press and stop every second to dry my hair, else it is suspend for a min to cool down. 4. You can never reach the reception through the phone at your room. They never pick up the phone. It’s serious when it is in emergency. 5. I didn’t expect any service from a self- served hotel. But, I am unpleasant when the day of snow, I came from shopping and my shopping bag was broken by the snowy weather. While I was carrying four shopping bags with grocery and my kids is just 7, I asked the concierge to help disposing my broken shopping bag. However, the three of them asked me to go somewhere to dispose. Later, I guess the one who is a manager or in-charge (a lady) who came to me and led my way to parking areas for disposal. She tapped four times and can’t be able to access to the disposal area. I wandered why they are like that. I was holding my kid and 4 heavy bags and they still refused to offer a helping hand to me. This is unacceptable. 6.Besides, the room is not as big as it described as 22m. It was smaller than the room (18m) I booked in Paris down town. So, don’t expect too much for this hotel."

"Eklo stil feels like a brand new hotel. Its cheap and basic. Dont go here if you need space in a room but if you got to disneyland or paris and only need a place to sleep there is no better hotel price/quality"

"This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. I understand that this hotel does not have air conditioning, and I accepted that when booking. However, during a 34°C heatwave, the hotel should have prepared enough fans for every room. When we arrived, even the reception area was unbearably hot, and our room was even worse. The only way to cool the room was to open the windows, but directly outside was a funfair with loud music that continued until around midnight. Even after the music stopped, guests were talking, shouting, laughing and making noise throughout the night. The sound insulation was extremely poor, so every conversation echoed through the garden and into our room. With the windows closed, the room was too hot to sleep; with the windows open, the noise made sleeping impossible. We had to wake up early the next morning for Disneyland, so this completely ruined the start of our trip. On the second day, we finally received a fan—but only one. We had booked a family room, so only part of the room benefited from it while everyone else was still left in the heat. Opening the windows still meant putting up with loud music, drunk guests and people chatting until the early hours. The reception service was also disappointing. When we arrived by car, we waited outside the parking gate for a long time, repeatedly pressing the intercom, but nobody answered or opened the gate. We had no choice but to keep driving around while one of us got out, queued for check-in and discovered there was only one receptionist on duty. He made no effort to respond to the parking gate or apologise for the inconvenience. Overall, the staff member was not very helpful. I would not recommend this hotel during the summer, especially if you’re travelling with children or planning early starts. A good night’s sleep is simply impossible under these conditions."

"Here’s the review with that point naturally incorporated: Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant stay, and I would not recommend this property. The self check-in process is unnecessarily complicated. The instructions initially direct you to a different side of the apartment building, which is confusing. Unless you read them very carefully, it’s easy to spend at least 30 minutes just trying to check in. Between accessing the building, collecting the keys, entering the apartment, retrieving the car park fob from the kitchen, and finally getting to the parking area, you end up opening around 6–8 different doors before you’re fully checked in. It is far more complicated than it needs to be. The underground parking is secure, but it is very dark, has a strong unpleasant smell, and many of the surrounding parking spaces appear to be used as storage areas, giving the whole area an untidy feel. Inside the apartment, the linen was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the main bed was acceptable. However, the sofas were heavily worn, stained, and looked dirty. The sofas shown in the listing photos appear clean, tidy, and in good condition, but they do not reflect the actual condition of the furniture provided. The listing also suggested the apartment was suitable for three adults and children, but the sleeping arrangements don’t realistically support that. The sofa bed is very worn, and the single sofa bed isn’t suitable for either adults or children. Before arriving, I contacted the host to request fans as there was a heatwave forecast. I received no response. The apartment became extremely hot, and with no fans or any form of ventilation, it was very difficult to sleep. Travelling with young children made this even more challenging. There are also several maintenance issues. The toilet door handles are very stiff, the wardrobe doors are difficult to operate, and the bedroom has no main light—only bedside lamps. The only convenient power socket is occupied by the bedside lamp, so if you need to charge your phone, you have to unplug the lamp and leave the room without lighting. The hallways throughout the building also have a persistent unpleasant smell. The biggest issue occurred on the morning of checkout. At around 8:30 am, the water supply stopped completely. We were unable to shower, wash properly, or get ourselves and the children ready before leaving. I contacted the property immediately but was simply told to send an email and wait up to six hours for a response, which was completely impractical given we were checking out that morning. I then contacted Trip.com customer service, who responded immediately and genuinely tried to help by contacting the property. Unfortunately, the property management never responded to them either, leaving customer service with very few options other than offering a small compensation. While I appreciated Trip.com’s prompt support, it did not resolve the situation. Having to end a family holiday without running water and without being able to take a shower is simply unacceptable. Overall, while the apartment has a few positives such as secure parking, clean linen, and a functional kitchen, these were outweighed by misleading listing photos, poor communication from the host, uncomfortable sleeping conditions, inadequate facilities during a heatwave, maintenance issues, and the complete lack of support when a major issue occurred. I would not recommend this property. The only positive experience was Trip.com’s customer service, who responded promptly and did their best to assist despite the property’s lack of cooperation."
