I can 100% recommend this hotel for many reasons as a non-speaking guest. The location is perfect as you can take Line 10 subway which runs through Line 2 and from there many tourist spots to experience. The hotel personals are so helpful and very patient with my issues as a foreign speaking person. I cannot thank them enough.
