"Hotel location is great near City center Sharjah and Al Majaz park and Cornish with a lot of restaurants cafeterias. Everything were more than good . Bed comfortable, frukost delicious, staff amazing and cleaning 10/10 . Reception Mrs Maryam was so kind and helpful she asked me to approve the room before checking in as I have informed them before on my allergies. Very satisfied with our staying will absolutely recommend."

"I don't understand why they haven't nicked another 4 stars from the facade. The place is certainly amazing. I understand that everyone has different needs and different places to compare, but this is my first time in a hunter's lodge like this. If you're choosing this place as a flophouse, then everything is more or less fine. Although the shaggy dust on the light fixtures (I can't imagine how many years they haven't been washed or wiped) bothers me. I stayed in February 2025 and didn't need to use the air conditioning, but I would be afraid to turn them on; I'm sure they're as "clean" as the light fixtures. The robes in the room look like the previous guest was torn to pieces in them and didn't survive. The towels in the room are very unique. The only food I have no complaints about is breakfast: eggs, waffles, porridge, and yogurt are available, and for that, I'm grateful. Lunches and dinners are extremely monotonous; there are no labels on the dishes; you have to open each steam table and examine the contents. All the food is cold. Fruit is also a problem. The cake is cut so translucent that it's see-through; drinks include water, some kind of zucco or yuppie, tea, and a swill they call coffee here. The soup you didn't finish at lunch will be served for dinner; there's no point in wasting it. The hotel is old, tired, and dirty; the staff is unfriendly. The guest list is also very peculiar, forgive me, readers. Showing up for lunch in a wet pareo is the norm. The beach chairs are dry and falling apart, though I'd rather call them bunks. You're given one towel per person, and that's all. Water, by the way, is also provided, one bottle per day. I already saw a review here about bedbugs in the crib; I can't say for sure, but I suspect it's true, as I've developed some bites on my body. The hotel has over 10 cats, and guests feed them constantly, resulting in a ton of flies and unpleasant odors. Going back to the beginning, I don't understand who gave this place 5 stars or why. They don't adhere to any service standards. You have to reserve bunks on the beach, otherwise there won't be enough, but be prepared for them to move your things and put their own mortal bodies in your place. The spa has a wonderful massage therapist, her hands are simply golden! While I'm staying here, I'll be adding to my review: Today at lunch, a guest handed the waiter a plate with two slices of watermelon, saying she hadn't touched them, and the other guest put them in the shared fruit platter. When I asked if she was okay with what she did, the waiter replied that she'd been assured the slices hadn't been touched. To me, that's pure filthy behavior. I've never encountered anything like it anywhere. I'll never set foot here again."

"Honestly, there's an Egyptian staff member who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for us. The services were also great. The rooms are very spacious, but the air conditioning is a drawback, and the mattresses are uncomfortable."
