"the hotel was nice i have couple of points to mention, please note that i have stayed in the hotel for 3 nights 1. the staff are friendly, only one of the front desk female staff she was tuff and trying to make everything hard for you or make you pay for extra things requested, such as extra bed, or late checkout. 2. the sound isolation between the corridor, rooms and bathroom is very bad, you will hear any one talking outside your room, or your next door room what subject exactly they are talking about, or even in the bathroom. 3. the AC was extremally cold (although am very hot person and cannot feel the cold unless the temp was below 16), since i had 2 rooms, one of the rooms was setting up the AC temp to 23c and the room temp was indicating to 11c, the other room was giving us a headache and the AC fan was always high (even if you set it to low). 4. during our last night i have noticed one insects (it was sooo small) but still they should maintain the pest control on regular bases. 5. the hair dryer was not working well. 6. there is magnifying mirror with light, but the light was not connected to the electricity and the lighting in the bathroom is not so bright. above points was the cons points, and below are the Pros points; 1. all the other staff was nice and helpful 2. there is a lot of super markets and restaurants in the area, even you can cross the street and walk on the Buhairah corniche 3. strangely the hotel restaurant"

"It is always a fantastic experience with Almajaz premier .. staff, cleanliness, service.. special thanks to Mr Mohd Kamal who acted very professionally and nicely during my stay, special thanks to Rafik at the lobby and Junid at the reception and my thanks to ALL the Staff with no exception!! "The ”Red Castle” is a 4-star hotel, well-suited for tourists. The restaurant is quite good, offering an extensive selection of dishes and always fresh fruit. The building itself is huge, spacious, and features a lavish, beautiful interior. It's meticulously clean throughout. The staff is polite and attentive, with Russian speakers available at the front desk. A large, covered rooftop pool offers stunning views of the sea and city skyline, making it ideal for sunbathing. Our 'super-suite' room came with a bathtub (not just a shower) and was fully equipped with all necessities, though bathrobes were not provided. While a bit remote from the city and shops, shuttle buses run in four directions. The hotel lacks extensive private grounds. A shuttle bus takes guests to the beach, which is nicely sandy. However, sunshades and services are notably scarce there."

"Excellent hotel, but I had a problem when leave the hotel : When I reached home in Al Ain. I found that 2 baggages are not loaded in my car and are still in hotel reception The hotel team is trying to solve this issue since bagages were with one ticket and staff forget to put in my car"

"Located in the heart of Sharjah, several old houses are connected to form a hotel. It is easy to get lost. But it is very local and quite photogenic. Since it is an early building, it needs to be kept away from the heat as much as possible, so the windows of the room are very small, but the room content is also very romantic. The Korean restaurant in the hotel had very delicious ramen, which was definitely a surprise!"
