"We came to stay with you on the 4th of July for a family wedding that was nearby. The room was nice and all the staff we had contact with were professional and pleasant. The guy who checked us in was lovely but unfortunately we didn't catch his name and the young lady behind the bar in the evening Bridy/Brady was so lovely professional and friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and appreciated. The other guy on the bar we only saw briefly but was also very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel although the rooms were basic (which we expect for the money) the staff made it for us."

The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet in lovely grounds. We had 4 rooms with our party which were booked at a reasonable price and 2 were upgraded on arrival which was a bonus. The staff were friendly and welcoming especially the lady on reception. Would happily stay here again"

"We arrived at the scene for a long time before we found out that it was a self-service check-in! Let me remind you that this is important! Anyway, we couldn't open the door after we got the key. Then contact each other, and they say they'll be there in ten minutes. We waited for nearly half an hour 🥲 They said they gave us the wrong key. Self-service check-in really has this nasty disadvantage Problems can't be dealt with immediately Advantages No room is really comfortable Overall quite clean! The toilets are also fragrant The kitchen is also fully equipped! Disadvantages Self-service check-in is troublesome The toilet trash can is so small that it will be full in a day or two. I don’t know where to go to take out the garbage."

"The location is convenient, and the surrounding restaurants and supermarkets are very close. The apartment is clean, comfortable and clean. The room is cleaned every Monday. Complete facilities: kettle, microwave, induction cooker stove can burn 4 pots at the same time, dishwasher, oven, small refrigerator with freezer and refrigerator. A set of knives and a small cutting board, mugs, glasses, red wine glasses and dishes are complete, three large, medium and small soup pots, one frying pan is probably burnt and can't be used, vegetable washing basket, glassware, dishes, knives, forks and spoons are very complete, there are no chopsticks, different types of spatulas and soup spoons are complete, and red wine corkscrews and planes are available. Very, very considerate equipment. Self-service check-in is also very convenient. Just follow the steps in the email. When checking out, put the key in the box by the door downstairs. The bathroom does not provide slippers, but shower gel, disposable shampoo, towels and bath towels. There is no front desk service staff. If you encounter problems, communication is not very convenient. You can contact the apartment customer service by email or phone, or contact Ctrip to transfer to the supplier and then to the apartment. When I checked in, some paint downstairs caused the bathroom (our room type has no windows) to smell, and I contacted the apartment through Ctrip to solve it."
