"I told them that I had two service dogs and they wanted the papers on both even though right on their tags that they can only ask if they are service animals and if they are trained to do something. Then at 10:30 at night we are told that we have to have 100 dollars cash even though our room was paid for for incidentals."

"The room reeked of smoke. I did ask for a non-smoking room. The pool was broken. The ice machine on our end of the building was broken. I’ve uploaded pictures of the grossness that was our room. There were cigarette butts put out on the back of the toilet. The amount of dust and grime on everything I was scared to touch anything. I do not recommend this hotel."

"🏨 The room is clean and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sleep is superb. The curtains have good shading effect, and they are not easy to be disturbed by the sun in the morning.
