"Nice hotel near everything I walked from train station 🚉 Amtrak to hotel with backpack a bag and suitcase. Everything is walking distance good breakfast with waffle machine, boiled eggs 🥚 bagels breads yoghurts and fruits. No complaints on breakfast. Only dead flies on curtains and bathroom lights. Front desk asked housekeeping to clean."

"The property is beautiful with a nice courtyard that has a seasonal bar with food service during the summer months. The bar has some great cocktails and delicious food for both happy hour and dinner! Highly recommend the truffle fries and ribeye!  Con’s: Pillow case had mascara on it. When we called down to ask for a new one, the front desk was annoyed that we were even asking. After an hour, they had not brought one so we called back down. She was less than happy and stated that she would have someone bring us a couple pillowcases. The kind man (maintenance worker) was very polite and said if we needed anything to just call. The next morning at 0900, housekeeping started knocking on the door. We told them that we would be leaving around 1045, the came back three times. I understand that they are trying to accommodate early check-in’s but this was a bit much. In addition they need at minimum 2 front desk staff at checkout time to accommodate their guest. I’m sure it’s a beautiful place during Christmas and Summer. We just weren’t impressed with the service (aside from the bar for HH and dinner)."

"The boss is very enthusiastic and the service is very good. He also upgraded my room for free. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. You can walk to the most famous hot spring hotel, the mountaintop park, the cable car station, and it is surrounded by mountains. It is so beautiful."
