RRUIBentley’s pick-up service, the service has nothing to say, the details are full of surprises, the main course is served with wet towels at just the temperature, the quilt is lightly smelling of orchids, there is a Michelin restaurant on the first floor, the breakfast is particularly rich, the view is superb, witnessing the Swiss hotel management High level.

GGuest UserWe had a pleasant surprise with an upgrade to a bigger room from our booking as it is our wedding anniversary. Room was decorated beautifully. Hotel also offered complimentary pick up and drop off service from/to the train station. Minibar is complimentary with beer, coke, lemonade, soda, peanuts and chocolates. Free cable car passes were also provided. Very heart warming stay.

GGuest UserWe booked Randolins just for 1 night as we took Glacier Express from St Moritz. The hotel receptionist kindly waited for us beyond 10pm closing time and helped to check in. The room was small but clean. Fresh air from the window not from the air conditioner and drinking water from the tap is something missing in daily life. The bathroom was on the corridor, but there were no neighbors so it was convenient and easy to use. I would say it is value for money.
