"I was traveling in Mallorca that day and due to some unforeseen circumstances, I booked this hotel last minute, snagging the very last room. It turned out to be the perfect choice. This hotel is very new; the general manager told me it only opened last October and was even closed for three months during winter for maintenance, so all the facilities and equipment are sparkling. The staff speak excellent English, the design aesthetic is spot-on, and there are so many photo opportunities and sights to see in the common areas. Breakfast was also exquisite. The front desk lady was beautiful, spoke great English, and provided excellent service – she was incredibly attentive. We had a lovely chat, and I told her I absolutely had to praise her on Chinese social media; I hope she gets to see this! Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, parking is free and very convenient here; they'll even help you move your car and arrange a spot, which is actually quite rare in Mallorca."

GGuest UserStayed at the Portals Hills, for a 5 day break, we were part of a wedding party group. The location was great ! short walk will take you down to the some shops, Restaurants, or the beautiful, Portals further down the hill. The Hotel its self was just luxury, clean, the staff friendly and also on hand to accommodate, breakfast was fresh, healthy, and a good selection. The views stunning, Hotel pool area beautiful.
Everything I expected in a boutique hotel.
We will defiantly book again.

Hotel is a good location, quiet and service is great. No problem to check in early or check out a little bit later in the office season. Hotel offers free parking and the breakfast selection is great. Also great that the breakfast is open till 11am, allowing a later start when not working.

The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation.
The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years.
One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water.

QQimashangxuederiziA family of four booked two rooms on the first floor facing the street. It was quite noisy at night. After one night, we discovered the balcony door was broken and wouldn't lock. We were out all day, so luckily, nothing was lost. Pros: Convenient location, right on the beach, plenty of delicious restaurants nearby, and a lively evening stroll. Breakfast was plentiful. Cons: Poor amenities. The Wi-Fi didn't work for three days. The room smelled. At least one of our rooms wasn't cleaned. The hotel has no front desk, and the housekeeping service was mediocre. We hope to see improvements in service and amenities.

AAshaAll over it was a good trip. We enjoy a lot but just the last day we faced a water problem in the hotel. There was no water inside ,and the first day at 3am someone was drunk knock to our door, was disturbing us, my husband call the receptionist and they send 2 security guards and they took 5min to handle the situation. Thanks to them.Otherwise, we are satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel. You can relax, admire the beautiful view from the hotel.

This time there were some problems when placing an order on Ctrip, but fortunately it was resolved. Let's talk about the hotel again, the hotel has a name called the level, knock on the blackboard! When you stay at the Melia Hotel, if you have the level, you must not miss it, even if it is a bit more expensive. As far as I know, both menorca and Mallorca's melia are available. With this service, enjoy a specific pool and breakfast area. There is also afternoon tea and various cocktails. It's really out of the universe. The design of the hotel also likes it very much, the simple white color, the aunty cleans the hygiene every day. The only drawback, perhaps an advantage for others, is that there is a nikki beach bar next to it. It is said to be the hottest bar in the area. There will always be a lot of people at outdoor parties in the afternoon. I am personally noisy, and I am too old to be able to play

This hotel feels like a resort. It's about half a mile away from the city (by car). If you don't rent a car, the transportation is not very convenient. The environment is very good and the service is ok. I checked in and the luggage guy was very nice. , because the luggage was relatively heavy, we were very enthusiastic to help move it to the room. Note that the lobby is very far from the room, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk.
