Stayed at the Portals Hills, for a 5 day break, we were part of a wedding party group. The location was great ! short walk will take you down to the some shops, Restaurants, or the beautiful, Portals further down the hill. The Hotel its self was just luxury, clean, the staff friendly and also on hand to accommodate, breakfast was fresh, healthy, and a good selection. The views stunning, Hotel pool area beautiful.
Everything I expected in a boutique hotel.
We will defiantly book again.

V GorWe had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool and sauna, and the hotel provided thoughtful arrangements for our honeymoon, which we greatly appreciated. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay.
My only suggestion would be to extend the opening hours of the sauna and gym, as this would give guests more time to enjoy the facilities. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The sea view is nice and the facilities are relatively new. The toilet is too small and the door design is unreasonable. The room cleaning is also average. The toilet paper ran out on the first day and was not replenished for the next three days, and no water was provided. It is far from the city, suitable for self-driving and lying flat. There are no buses nearby, and the transportation is not very convenient.

Hotel Bendinat in Mallorca is one of those rare gems that feels like a home away from home. Having stayed here multiple times over the years, I can confidently say that it offers a perfect blend of understated luxury, Mediterranean charm, and tranquility.
The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation.
The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years.
One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water.
Another reason I keep coming back is the atmosphere—Hotel Bendinat is peaceful, refined, and never overcrowded. Unlike larger resorts, it maintains a boutique, exclusive feel. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, taking

A family of four booked two rooms on the first floor facing the street. It was quite noisy at night. After one night, we discovered the balcony door was broken and wouldn't lock. We were out all day, so luckily, nothing was lost. Pros: Convenient location, right on the beach, plenty of delicious restaurants nearby, and a lively evening stroll. Breakfast was plentiful. Cons: Poor amenities. The Wi-Fi didn't work for three days. The room smelled. At least one of our rooms wasn't cleaned. The hotel has no front desk, and the housekeeping service was mediocre. We hope to see improvements in service and amenities.

I really like the room leading directly to a small garden. The weather is very good and the hotel public area is also very beautiful. It seems that there is a door at the end of the large garden that leads directly to the beach. There is a road along the sea for a leisurely walk.

All over it was a good trip. We enjoy a lot but just the last day we faced a water problem in the hotel. There was no water inside ,and the first day at 3am someone was drunk knock to our door, was disturbing us, my husband call the receptionist and they send 2 security guards and they took 5min to handle the situation. Thanks to them.Otherwise, we are satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel. You can relax, admire the beautiful view from the hotel.

MENGYUANI have always liked the brand melia. So if there is a melia hotel, they will always choose melia. This time there were some problems when placing an order on Ctrip, but fortunately it was resolved. Let's talk about the hotel again, the hotel has a name called the level, knock on the blackboard! When you stay at the Melia Hotel, if you have the level, you must not miss it, even if it is a bit more expensive. As far as I know, both menorca and Mallorca's melia are available. With this service, enjoy a specific pool and breakfast area. There is also afternoon tea and various cocktails. It's really out of the universe. The design of the hotel also likes it very much, the simple white color, the aunty cleans the hygiene every day. The only drawback, perhaps an advantage for others, is that there is a nikki beach bar next to it. It is said to be the hottest bar in the area. There will always be a lot of people at outdoor parties in the afternoon. I am personally noisy, and I am too old to be able to play

Let's talk about the advantages first: free parking and plenty of spaces, the room overlooks the sea, the room facilities are basically complete, there is a bathtub, and there is a swimming pool on the first floor. There is also soprano singing in the evening, and the breakfast is rich and delicious.
The disadvantages are also obvious: the room is not equipped with water, and water can only be bought at the front desk for 6 euros per bottle, and there is no one nearby. To buy water, you have to drive to a small supermarket 10 minutes away. It takes about 20 minutes to drive from Palma. In addition, there are places without elevators and you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. Once again, I don't know if it's a lawn mower or some other equipment that buzzes loudly for one or two hours early in the morning.
Overall, if you can prepare for the pits in advance, the rest is acceptable.

My breakfast was included during my stays and as I told them to pack my breakfast because I leave early morning before their breakfast time starts. They promised me they will give us Sandwiches and other related items whereas they give us some unhealthy and bad condition cookies and wafers. I didn't even check because I trust them. But when I saw this, I was shocked and called the hotel number and they replied they didn't know anything about this. How funny!! I was really disappointed.
