Hotel Bendinat in Mallorca is one of those rare gems that feels like a home away from home. Having stayed here multiple times over the years, I can confidently say that it offers a perfect blend of understated luxury, Mediterranean charm, and tranquility. The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation. The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years. One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water. Amazing Hotel, Very welcoming staff. Room are small especially the shower but can’t let this spoil the rest of the hotel. Breakfast choice and quality was one of the best for a buffet offering.

All over it was a good trip. We enjoy a lot but just the last day we faced a water problem in the hotel. There was no water inside ,and the first day at 3am someone was drunk knock to our door, was disturbing us, my husband call the receptionist and they send 2 security guards and they took 5min to handle the situation. Thanks to them.Otherwise, we are satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel. You can relax, admire the beautiful view from the hotel.

This is our 2nd trip to this hotel. It’s now on a B&B only ( we had half board last year) with the breakfast served across the road in a restaurant with the best views across the bay! Great selection of food and drinks. The man on reception is super helpful and friendly even at 11.45pm! Lovely small hotel with a small pool Comfy beds and the balcony is spacious with an area to dry towels etc. The hotel offers towels for rent but we bought one for €5 in the supermarket next door. Cleaned every day and cleaned well. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. The fabulous beach is a 10minute stroll, with a massive supply of sun beds ( €20.50 a day for 2 beds under a fixed umbrella and an attached safety box) We will definitely go back to Playas del Rey

Overall, a very positive experience. The location was good. The staff were incredibly friendly. The cleanliness was excellent. The pool was fantastic, and my children absolutely loved it.
