AAnonymous UserActually, this place is great. Fancy and spacious room. I really like it. The food they served taste really good tho. Chef’s kiss. But, the one that’s bothering me is they don’t put a sign for a “sold out” food/beverages, other than that, some of the menu is not the same with the menu that they already displayed in their website. We’re already expecting food when we’re hungry, waiting, just for the fact that they can’t served that food because that’s sold out. It’s really bothering me.

AAnonymous UserOverall had a great stay there as a couple visiting Solo for the first time. Location wise is really strategic, close to a lot of attractions and foods! Service is really warm and good too. Breakfast selection is good but quality can be improved.

RRonnyMy kids and wife really love this hotel. Since arrival up till check out we had really great time. Complete facilities for kids, nice foods, great servives from all staffs also wonderful ambience this hotel has it all.

GGuest UserRoom was below average and you could see stains on the bedsheets. Room odour wasn't the greatest. Shower head was filthy. And you could hear noise outside your room door when people walked or talking.
Check in staff wasn't professional as one would expect. They are just saying yes and ok to every things or request merely just to get rid of you. No follow up on things requested even though things that you have agreed upon checking in. Hopefully they would change for the better because they are serious competition in the city.

GGuest User3 star hotel but budget price. Room cleanliness is quite good. Executive room with city view. Superior room has no window. Choose executive smoking room. On the 4th floor it is good. In room 418 the water drain is slow and the deposit box cannot be used. The refrigerator is still cold. Breakfast menu choices are good.
