GGuest UserExcellent hotel. Staff so to yourself) I asked a quiet room- gave a room with windows on the playground!)))) And so the hotel loves!!! There was a birthday- didn't congratulate...In general the impression is that the hotel in these few years is not developing, but degrading... sad! We sincerely loved him... will we come again?! I don't know... rather not than yes.

GGuest UserThe blind apartment loft, the children are very satisfied, the room is full of facilities, the family of four is very happy, the kitchen utensils and dishwashers are all complete, and there are hidden cabins for children to play. In the morning, I opened the window and saw the snow-capped mountains. I was in a good mood. It was very convenient to go to the attractions. Parking was free.

AAnonymous UserWe had a quiet and peaceful stay in Zakopane. It’s further away from the main streets but within walking distance. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The sauna is well maintained. The only defect is the water temperature of shower in our room: it wasn’t very steady. But in general it was a lovely stay!

YYuliia V.Staying in Czarny Potok Hotel in Zakopane was really nice.
Great location (not far from the city center, but at the same time far enough from the noice of busy streets), helpful stuff, clean and spacious room with a balcony, delicious breakfast.
Will definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Zakopane.
