Steam Plant Hotel

Great location and the service by the front desk was exceptional

The room was basic and clean. I liked that it was downtown Spokane, and close to everything. The complimentary breakfast at an adjacent sister property was good.

The room was clean, the staff courteous, parking easy. I love the nearness of restaurants and the mid-century style of the Steam Plant!

everything was great, had great sleep, walked around town with my dog and we had a great experience.

The motel was conviently located near downtown, and was very nice. The only negative is the trainline right next to the property. To paraphrase the Blues Brothers, the train runs often enough to not notice it.

Location was excellent. Seems to be confusion on parking and what hours breakfast is served. Loved the ability to walk anywhere in downtown.

The room smelled like urine. The shower leaked. The bed was very uncomfortable. One of the staff lied. The lower level parking is a nightmare. The AC rattled the entire time it was on. The hotel is right next to the train tracks, which runs constantly. A cashless hotel with coin operated laundry.

Tv in room did not work. Had to follow up with staff twice to get things resolved. The biggest issue however is the proximity to the train tracks which is not directly disclosed anywhere in the description of this place. They do however have ear plugs in the room waiting for you

Nice spot, fairly clean for downtown, convenient parking staff was great. Room had a smell that was hard to get over including what looked like vomit splatter on the wall.
