Great location and the service by the front desk was exceptional

Nice clean hotel with wonderful staff. A bit noisy right by the tracks but really the rooms cut out the noise fairly well. It was a comfortable night’s sleep. The room was clean and updated. It did have a stuffy smell like a dog had been in there. The breakfast was a coupon at a local diner. Delicious! But do be aware the drinks at the diner are extra cost and it is a 2 block walk to the diner. Bummed the fitness facility was at a sister facility a few blocks away. I would definitely stay there again, just clarifying a few of the amenities listed.

First of there are train tracks right behind the motel and you hear trains going all night long unless you use earplugs. The breakfast is in a restaurant two blocks away and you get to select three items of the menu. Plus you have to pay for coffee and tea. The motel doesn’t take Apple Pay.

I thought I booked a kitschy hotel. I was wrong. The vibe of it was that of a seedy motel. The front desk was in a little shack in the parking lot because it really was a motel not a hotel. All the rooms had separate entrances. The staff was very friendly. That’s about the only positive. I booked it—partially because it came with breakfast and that it was supposed to have a gym. When I checked in, I learned that breakfast was at a restaurant a block away and they didn’t have a gym. If I wanted to go to a gym, they said I could go to one 2 blocks away at a different hotel. All I needed to do was tell them I was staying here. The room wasn’t super clean and the bed was just a single mattress on a metal post frame.

Room seems updated. Those darn trains though. Apparently, ear plugs were provided? I never saw any. All night trains. Breakfast was good

Great location for visiting the area. Cool art, wonderful staff, played a old silent cartoon on the wall, breakfast down the street Rosie café. The only problem is train noise.

Room wasn’t ready until 4:45. Told multiple times starting at 2 that it would be 15-30 min. Ended up having to shift plans because of this. Other than that, room was good, included breakfast was nice as well.

Trains all night every 20 minutes and the windows are not sound tight. They leave early plugs in the room for you, but very difficult to get a decent night of sleep.

Love this spot! Cute, clean, dog friendly and central to anything you would need or want to do! Staff is always super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our tv/cable and the receptionist came to our room and fixed the problem within minutes. Especially love the projector of vintage cartoons that plays once it gets dark out! Thanks for our second great stay, we’ll be back!
