"We stayed at Az Hotel Palm beach , and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room was not clean, and even after calling for housekeeping, the issue was not resolved properly. The cleaner did not knock before entering the room, despite our "Do Not Disturb" sign, and often arrived very early in the morning. Additionally, the hotel does not provide any beach chairs or tables; guests are required to pay extra for these amenities, which was very disappointing. Overall, this experience was subpar and did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel. I would rate it as 1 star based on my experience."

"The Sheraton Algiers is an exclusive setting in Algeria as it is located in a quiet and secure area outside the city. In addition, its imposing architecture as well as the majestic entrance to the reception contribute to this exclusivity. The reception staff are welcoming and always ready to help, and the common areas are quite clean. The breakfast and evening buffet in the restaurant offer a wide variety of tasty dishes. I highly recommend choosing a suite with a balcony to enjoy stunning sea views. The spa is well-maintained, and the hotel offers a diverse range of services, including a mini convenience store, a hairdresser, and even services like Air Algérie and a bank. However, it is important to note that our stay took place out of season, and it is possible that during busy periods, such as summer, the cleanliness and organization may not be as impeccable."
