"We stayed at Az Hotel Palm beach , and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room was not clean, and even after calling for housekeeping, the issue was not resolved properly. The cleaner did not knock before entering the room, despite our "Do Not Disturb" sign, and often arrived very early in the morning. Additionally, the hotel does not provide any beach chairs or tables; guests are required to pay extra for these amenities, which was very disappointing. Overall, this experience was subpar and did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel. I would rate it as 1 star based on my experience."

Breakfast and dinner were varied, plentiful, and perfectly executed. The staff is welcoming, smiling, helpful, and always attentive to guests, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
