GGuest UserVery satisfied with a stay experience! The location of the hotel is too convenient and easy to eat. The reception was very warm and professional and the check-in was quick. The room was more spacious than expected, clean and tidy without odor, and the bedding was comfortable. The facilities are also relatively new and WiFi is fast. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. I will choose here next time and recommend it to my friends!

GGuest UserThe hotel booked for the child's exam, the child stayed for one night, and the deposit was told by the hotel to deduct 30 yuan. The reason was that the hotel paid supplies that the waiter did not check the hotel fell into the gap due to the mistake of the waiter. After communication and verification, the waiter found the paid supplies that fell, and returned the deposit to us. I hope that the hotel will improve the service details in the future, and do not unwarrantedly push the responsibility on the guests due to your omission, affecting the guests' feelings. In addition: other hardware aspects of the hotel are OK.

TTaiwanlao因為停水，衹想在附近找個酒店洗個澡，休息一下。進了房後，首先頂燈不亮，接着洗澡，發現浴室沒有燈。想想不用聯繫了，就洗個澡，那就算了。當晚沒有在酒店睡，第二天早上回去退房，打算打電話請前台讓人來查房（因為有按金）。結果電話是壞的。下樓請前台查房，告訴前枱燈是壞的，電話是壞的。前台連回一個字都沒有，當做沒聽到。在攜程用了十年，第一次住到這樣的酒店。
