GGuest UserLocation is perfect for my office.
But given the price, the cleanliness is very average. The washrooms can be better. I could see cockroaches sometimes in the room the headboard was also full of dust. The working staff on the otherhand is very polite and helpful. Park Ascent and Bloom are way better. Like multiple times better at marginally higher cost.
Didn't try the food. The buffet setup looked very okayish. Didn't eat anything though.

A special shout-out to the kitchen—the food was easily the highlight and definitely the best I’ve had in a long time. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. I’m so grateful for the hospitality and can’t wait to come back! 😊
