GGuest UserThe room was cleaned really clean, the front desk service was very good, and the hotel was far from the city, the environment was really quiet, and the scenery outside could be seen. Next to the hotel is the restaurant, a very retro restaurant decorated, the breakfast in the restaurant is very rich and really delicious. There is also a hot spring place next to it, and the overall stay is more than the hotel I stayed in other places.

I have to say that the store manager’s pick-up service attitude is very good. It gives people a very comfortable first impression. It’s much better than last time. I can hope to strengthen the details of the housekeeping department. Mind level, don't use the dirty, old broken sheets and quilts again, I hope I can optimize and deal with them next time.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is awesome! The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was soft like a cloud, and it was super relieved to sleep. The service staff was warm and thoughtful, and there was a warm smile when they entered the door. They helped with luggage and answered questions. The breakfast is rich in variety, hot buns, fragrant fried eggs, and very satisfying. The location is also convenient, eating and shopping around are easy. I will definitely stay here next time!

GGuest UserSuch a good hotel, why is the hygiene so poor! The hygiene is very poor. The room was not cleaned at all, there were cigarette butts on the floor! There were cigarette butts in the trash can too. A layer of dust on the TV. Such obvious hygiene issues were not even cleaned up, let alone bed sheets and quilt covers. Always looking for ways to complain! Hope the hygiene issues will be improved. Everything else is good
