LLumi1. When I checked in, I asked if the front desk had a higher floor. The original words at the front desk were ”there is one room in this room type hotel”. I thought I grabbed the hotel's unique room, but I found that the next door was the same apartment type, and no one stayed, so I don't understand what she means now.
2. The room phone could not be reached at the front desk. It was necessary to have two more bottles of water at the front desk. The front desk said to inform the room to send it. After about an hour, the water was delivered...
3. The faucet in the room is crooked and loose. It is swayed when it touches. The clips of the two hangers are bad. After the rain, there are more than a dozen snails crawling on the balcony, and no one cleans it.

Overall, this price can live in this quality, the price is really high. The service is not the kind of stylized cold, but it is really comfortable. Originally, I passed by and stayed for one night, and now I feel that I will lock this one here in the future. When I checked out, the front desk also asked about the feeling of staying, sent a bottle of water to drink on the road, and rushed to this service attitude, must give a five-star praise!
Good location, sleep soundly, eat well, parking is free, can't pick anything wrong, highly recommended!

BBrianDellNot sure how to review this one because while we found the family room we booked unacceptable on arrival and were accommodated by a room change, the hotel was not willing to provide a credit for the downgrade. Trip.com made good on this though so we were ultimately satisfied. We were told by the hotel that the other room we also booked was upgraded which was true but that upgrade was marginal and not close to equivalent to the downgrade according to the prices shown here. Moral of the story is to inspect before checking in if checking in early enough as this may allow one to cancel and rebook on this app for a proper adjustment.

GGuest UserThe front desk service was warm and patient, the room was clean and tidy, the facilities were well equipped and the environment was super good. Very good hotel! For me, one of the very important reasons for choosing this hotel is the location. The surrounding school hospitals and tourism are convenient. Secondly, I think the quality of Lavande is still trustworthy. After all, it is a chain hotel, so it is very convenient for me. And the hotel is really close to the train station, there are many surrounding attractions, including Lingquan Temple and Guangde City.
