The hotel is conveniently located a short 400m drive from Pitlochry Railway Station. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Pitlochry Fish Ladder, The Dome - Play Area and Sunnybrae Cottage. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. For guests traveling as a couple, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

"My partner and I had a lovely stay at the Spa Hotel, and it was perfect for what we needed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and having arrived early, it was a bonus that our room was actually ready a few hours before check-in! The location of the hotel is great - just a few minutes walk from the main street with cafes, shops, pubs etc. Breakfast was great (especially the haggis!) and there was a great selection available. Unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy the Spa facilities on this occasion, but hope to use them another time."
