Staying here is conveniet to travel to Lembang area. You may just book Grab and bring you along Lembang. Services were quite good. However, toilet needs lots of scrubbing to ensure cleanliness, lights in the room need to be changed. They are quite dim. Towels too need to be cleaned & stains. Still need to have improvement to attract more customers.

Every time I go to Bandung, I always stay here, the atmosphere is beautiful and comfortable.

Toiletries, washing dishes & mineral water no provided. But location is ok

Overall is good, what can be improved : 1. No water dispenser 2. No tissue

Good budget hotel with excellent location and average room. I booked deluxe twin room for 2 nights. I expected to get a front room but when I checked in, I got a room beside the car park at behind the building.

It is located on a small road and a bit far from the main road, so perhaps not an ideal location to stay. When we came there, part of the hotel was being renovated so we couldn't enjoy everything. Apart from that, the stay was enjoyable. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and the breakfast is very tasty.

The apartment is excellence..but trip.com gave a wrong my phonenumber to the apartmen owner so they cant contact me and having trouble when im arrive at apartmen coz everything not ready
