The room truly matches the price of a 4-star hotel..What I loved most was the pillow..it was very comfortable and softer compared to other 4-star hotels I’ve stayed at.. Just one criticism Trip.com should double-check with the hotel in the future about the actual check-in time at Ocean Beach Hotel Padang. That said, the Trip.com staff were very helpful in handling the confusion"

RRijkA careful and tasteful designed hotel with very helpful staff. We stayed an extra night and expect to be back after our trip in Sumatra.
We requested for a car and driver and the staff helped both parties to negotiate a good price.
This hotel comes highly recommended.
