"Pros - 1) spacious room. 2) location. Right in the centre of the city. Cons - 1) the staff in the reception where incompatible for their basic jobs. They asked me to handover my car keys at the reception, but i was called down to the lobby to remove the car myself so that another car could be moved, and the reason they stated was the staff who was supposed to do the job went out for something. So basically the guest have to work as acting-staff if any of them decide to go out during their duty time. 2) all the electrical switches were in pathetic condition and kept falling out of the socket whenever i switched on or off the lights."

They did not accommodate my request to extend the checkout time to 2 pm. 3. *limited space for extra bed: while the hotel allowed an extra bed, the space to place it was quite limited, which could be an issue for families or groups needing additional sleeping arrangements. 4. *service delays: towels were not readily available in the bathroom and had to be requested from the reception, indicating a lapse in prompt service. GGuest UserIt's my 03rd visit to the hotel. Hotel can be easily located. Further the breakfast was excellent and service at the restaurant was also superb. However the reception was not upto the mark and the amenities was not provided in the room. No soap and other lavatory items were provided in the room. It seems the washroom was not maintained or provided with sufficient amenities for the next customer on that day of our arrival. Seems lack of professionalism in that case.

TTraveling TanI stayed at Grand Plaza Suites in Kochi and was very impressed with the service. I had some issues with my room and the ***ager quickly resolved it by setting me up in another room that was above the category I booked. The staff were helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. My room was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The hotel's location is surrounded by ***y restaurants and just a short walk from the beach. It's a great choice for anyone visiting Kochi. Recommended for its convenience and hospitality.

The room was spacious, neat, and clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day. The restaurant served delicious food, and the rooftop restaurant was a highlight of my stay. The views of kozhikode beach were stunning, and the cool breeze in the evening made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities, beautiful views, and warm hospitality. Looking forward to my next stay!

GGuest UserI am writing to formally address a concern regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I had booked two deluxe bedrooms for four people. However, upon arrival, I was informed that our reserved rooms were no longer available, and we were instead provided with a single deluxe room.
This unexpected change not only caused inconvenience but also failed to meet the accommodation requirements we had planned and paid for. It is disappointing that our reserved rooms were given to other guests despite our confirmed booking.
I kindly request an explanation for this mishandling of our reservation and seek appropriate compensation for the downgrade and inconvenience caused. Compensation could include a partial refund or other suitable remedies, such as complimentary services.
